Access to Personal Files. 8.13.1 Employees have access to their personal files in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 2020.

Access to Personal Files. 10.01 Personnel records will be maintained in a confidential location. An Employee may have access to her own file in the administration office, the day after a request to the supervisor. The Employee may be accompanied by a Union Committee Member or Union representative while reviewing her own records. The Employee will be provided a copy of any item she requests.
