Additional IT Services. Upon request for assistance, the ISS CIO may, at the CIO’s discretion, permit staff resources to assist the LOCAL GOVERNMENT in the execution of certain information technology responsibilities. These additional services can be requested by submitting a Task Order (Appendix 1). These services will be charged at the rate of $125/hour with a not-to-exceed cost of $50,000 per Task Order. These services may also require the purchase of additional resources, including but not limited to hardware and software. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT is responsible for all associated costs for these additional resources. An estimate for each Task Order will be available upon request by the LOCAL GOVERNMENT. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT agrees to fully reimburse the COUNTY for all costs associated with the rendering of the COUNTY staff assistance and/or information technology resources. If the cost of services exceeds $50,000, the Task Order shall be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
Additional IT Services. 3.3.1. Beyond the primary focus of Program/Project Managers and Business Analysts as described above, over the term of the contract the Contractor agrees to provide additional IT resources upon request from the State and within a reasonable time as listed below. Additional IT Services eSpeed shall provide Additional IT Services to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ hereunder at no additional cost or expense to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. eSpeed may arrange for another entity or entities (subject to ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s reasonable approval) to provide Additional IT Services, eSpeed will be responsible for all fees, expenses and taxes, if any, payable to such other entity or entities for such services and ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall be made a third-party beneficiary of any agreement between eSpeed and such other entity. In the event that (after consulting with eSpeed) ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ arranges for another entity or entities to provide Additional IT Services, ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will be responsible for all fees, expenses and taxes, if any, payable to such entity or entities. ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its designee shall be the lessee or owner of any equipment and hardware, and the licensee of any software, provided by a third party with respect to Additional IT Services.
Additional IT Services. In the event Westar requests PODS to provide additional services or functions which are not changes in scope or priority of IT Services as set forth in Section 3.3, or are services not covered in the IT Services Addendum, PODS and Westar may execute an additional addendum or addenda referencing this Agreement to provide for such additional services or functions, which shall be provided at PODS Rates. Any such additional addendum or addenda shall be incorporated herein by reference and shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The same procedure will apply in the event the request for additional services relates to ONEOK Services or Wolf Creek Services.

Related to Additional IT Services

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Additional G-Cloud services 30.1 The Buyer may require the Supplier to provide Additional Services. The Buyer doesn’t have to buy any Additional Services from the Supplier and can buy services that are the same as or similar to the Additional Services from any third party. 30.2 If reasonably requested to do so by the Buyer in the Order Form, the Supplier must provide and monitor performance of the Additional Services using an Implementation Plan.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • PROJECT SERVICES Landlord shall furnish services as follows:
