Contract Development. The work of the Negotiation team consists of all agreements reached by the large group. It includes the Memorandum of Understanding and any addenda, continuing committee charges, or other items directed by the large group.
Contract Development. 1.1 Develop and manage all aspects of the procurement process in line with State Supply Commission polices including the development of contract specifications and contract documentation. 1.2 Contributes to the development and procurement of complex contracts. 1.3 Liaises and negotiates with contract users, service providers and other internal and external stakeholders, and incorporate input into contract development. 1.4 Provides specialist advice and support in relation to a range of contract development initiatives.
Contract Development. In 3rd party contract development situations involving the SDK, the owner of any resulting SDK-compiled application must be SDK licensed.
Contract Development. 3.1 Undertakes procurement of and variations to contracts and directs and manages staff in relation to: • Identification of client needs and the development of provision options, includingclinical services. • Conducting cost-benefit analyses. • The procurement process including: procurement planning, scope development, tender documentation, evaluation process, contract formation and implementation. • Monitoring compliance with contractual and procurement policy requirements. • Directing and participating and supporting a range of negotiating teams in the negotiation process.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR, by contract or with its own forces, shall be responsible for all work involved with contract development, including preparation of all plans, specifications, estimates (―PS&E‖) and bid proposal documents required to bid the Project. Exhibit ―B,‖ attached to and made a part of this Agreement, lists the documents that may be required for the bid proposal. All work shall conform with applicable state laws and requirements including, but not limited to, those outlined in the most current version of Publication 9. (b) The SPONSOR, upon completion, shall submit all required bid documents to the DEPARTMENT for review and approval. The DEPARTMENT shall prepare the bid proposal documents required to bid the Project. However, where the SPONSOR is allowed to handle bidding and award itself, as provided in Paragraph 7, the SPONSOR shall be responsible for preparing all bid proposal documents and submitting them to the DEPARTMENT for review and approval. The DEPARTMENT then shall issue an authorization to advertise for bids, upon: (i) Approval of a right-of-way certification (if applicable); (ii) Approval of a Utility Clearance Assurance Statement (if applicable); (iii) Completion of the PS&E review; and (iv) Satisfactory resolution of any comments. (c) The DEPARTMENT, prior to issuance to prospective bidders, must review and approve any addenda to the approved bid documents. (d) All bid documents shall require that the contractor be prequalified by the DEPARTMENT pursuant to 67 Pa. Code Chapter 457, Prequalification of Bidders, and that the contractor use only DEPARTMENT-certified materials. (e) All bid documents shall require that the prospective bidders name the SPONSOR as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance.
Contract Development.  Consults with contract stakeholders and leads the process of development of procurement strategies, contract objectives, scope, procurement timeframes, benchmarks for evaluation, and other contractual terms.  Oversees and develops contracts, ensuring stakeholder management is maintained throughout the various stages of the procurement process, and in accordance with the WA health system’s relevant Authorisation Schedules and WA Government procurement policies and guidelines.  Manages contracts under assigned categories as per the current Contract management guidelines and /or as directed by the Manager, Category  Coordinates and manages contract life cycle, i.e. initiates reviews and liaises with stakeholders with regard to the contract’s effectiveness; both cost and performance.  Ensures purchases under the respective contract reflect agreed contract terms.  Undertakes or participates in discussions with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve problems associated with the execution and/or management of contracts.  Monitors and evaluates vendor performance against contract deliverables and agreed service levels to ensure contract compliance.  Evaluates variation proposals and interpretations of contract terms and provides appropriate recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.  Identifies risks or issues arising from contracts and assists with mitigation and dispute resolution where required.  Assist internal and external stakeholders with the evaluation of contracts.  Assist with ongoing budget requirements with respect to contract expenditure.  Liaise with the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), as required, on the implementation of policies regarding the procurement process.  Provide advice and assistance regarding procurement and contract management.
Contract Development. (a) The SPONSOR shall, by contract or with its own forces, be responsible for preparation of all plans, specifications and estimates ("P.S.&E.") for the Project. The DEPARTMENT's list of the essential documents to be prepared by the SPONSOR, entitled “Plans, Specifications, Estimates and Bid Proposal Package,” is attached to and made part of this Agreement as Exhibit “B.” All work shall be in conformance with applicable state and federal laws and requirements, including, but not limited to, those outlined in the Federal-Aid Policy Guide, Chapter I, Subchapter G and the most current version of the Stewardship and Oversight Agreement between the DEPARTMENT and the FHWA. (b) All bid documents shall require that the contractor be prequalified by the DEPARTMENT, unless the DEPARTMENT, in writing, waives prequalification. (c) Upon completion of all required bid documents, the SPONSOR shall submit them to the DEPARTMENT for review and approval. The DEPARTMENT, subject to reimbursement by the SPONSOR for its costs, shall be responsible for letting and award of the contract for construction of the Project, as provided below in Paragraph 10, and, after satisfaction of the conditions set forth in subparagraph (d) below, shall populate the Engineering and Construction Management System (“ECMS”) with all required bid documents (except for those limited instances where the SPONSOR has requested and received the DEPARTMENT’s approval to conduct a paper let instead of having the Project administered through ECMS, in which case DEPARTMENT policies and procedures for projects not administered in ECMS shall apply). (d) The DEPARTMENT shall advertise for bids through ECMS upon: (i) FHWA authorization of the Project; (ii) Approval of a right-of-way certification (if applicable); (iii) Approval of a utility clearance certification; (iv) Completion of P.S.&E. review; and (v) Satisfactory resolution of any comments. (e) The DEPARTMENT must review and approve any addenda to the approved bid documents prior to their issuance to prospective bidders. Issuance of addenda shall occur no later than three (3) calendar days before the proposed bid opening.
Contract Development. In consideration for the research and development to be conducted by DiagnoCure pursuant to Schedule 3, Gen-Probe shall, commencing on January 1, 2004, pay to DiagnoCure seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) per year for two (2) consecutive years thereafter, each such yearly funding payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. The Contract Development periods may be extended at Gen-Probe's option on an annual basis at a rate to be mutually-agreed upon, by the delivery of written notice not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-existing period. Gen-Probe shall provide to DiagnoCure, at Gen-Probe's cost, the instruments and reagents more particularly described in Schedule 3 for DiagnoCure's internal non-commercial purposes, including research. Except as expressly set forth in this Section 4.3, any additional research and development funding by Gen-Probe shall be negotiated in good faith by the parties and subject in each case to written approval by the Joint Advisory Committee. DiagnoCure shall have the right to request during the term of this Agreement, that Gen-Probe supply instruments and reagents to *CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED
Contract Development. 30 1.1 Development of a range of assigned contracts; including procurement planning, tender documentation and evaluation and contraction formulation, negotiations and implementation. 1.2 Provides specialist advice on contract development to colleagues, clients, contractors and suppliers. 1.3 Ensures relevant procurement documentation complies with Government legislation and policy and WA Health and ▇▇▇▇▇ policy. 1.4 Contributes to the preparation of business cases, funding submissions and complex procurements.
