ARTICLE PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES. The Employer will pay wages in accordance with Schedule “A attached hereto and forming part of this agreement. On each pay day, each employee will be provided with an itemized statement of wages and deductions. When an employee temporarily relieves in, or performs the principle duties of a higher paying position at a flat rate of pay, shall receive the rate for the job. When requested by the Corporation and authorized by the immediate supervisor to use their personal automobile for corporate business, employees will be reimbursed at the rate established annually by Regional Council. All mileage shall be approved by the Department Head and submitted to the Corporate Services Department for payment each month.
