Implementation Terms. 1. Educators will be placed on the Salary Schedule and begin receiving the incentives in this Agreement beginning August 1, 2019. 2. Educators will still receive all current ProComp incentives for the remainder of the 2018- 19 school year. For example, educators can submit evidence of completion of an advanced degree or advanced license or Professional Development Unit for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year and we will follow current procedures. 3. In order to decrease overhead expenses and simplify the implementation of the Agreement, the District will no longer use the invoicing process. An oversight committee will be charged with periodic review to assure that ProComp funding continues to supplement, rather than supplant, general fund investment in teacher compensation.

Implementation Terms. The Portland Community College Faculty & Academic Professional Federation and Portland Community College (the College) have reached a labor agreement for the term of September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2019. Chủ Đầu Tư có trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc vận hành, kinh doanh tại Phần Sở Hữu Riêng Của Bên Bán không ảnh hưởng đến sinh hoạt của Chủ Căn Hộ, Cư Dân Khác và chất lượng của Nhà Chung Cư. 18.3. Đối với những vấn đề Nội Quy này không quy định thì tuân theo quy định của các văn bản pháp luật có liên quan. 18.4. Chủ Căn Hộ có quyền đề xuất với Ban Quản Trị để sửa đổi, bổ sung Nội Quy này cho phù hợp. Chỉ có Hội nghị Nhà Chung Cư có quyền sửa đổi/bổ sung Nội Quy này. 18.5. Nội Quy này là một phần không thể tách rời của Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Căn Hộ. Trường hợp quy định trong Nội quy này có sự khác biệt so với Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Căn Hộ thì quy định trong Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Căn Hộ được ưu tiên áp dụng. Chủ Đầu Tư sẽ niêm yết công khai Nội Quy tại…. Chủ Căn Hộ đồng ý không hủy ngang và vô điều kiện rằng các điều khoản phù hợp quy định pháp luật trong Nội Quy sẽ có hiệu lực và ràng buộc trách nhiệm đối với mình, người trong gia đình, khách và người sử dụng Căn Hộ trong mọi trường hợp. Trong mọi trường hợp, Chủ Đầu Tư không chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm nào đối với các khiếu nại hay khiếu kiện của Chủ Căn Hộ hoặc Cư Dân Khác về việc: (i) không được cung cấp Nội Quy; hoặc

Implementation Terms. The terms and conditions of this Schedule, together with the Implementation Timeline attached to a Customer Order, describe the process, tasks, responsibilities, completion criteria and deliverables for the Pyxis Products implementation project (“Project”).
