Compensable Hours. All hours for which the nurse is paid by the Hospital excluding standby hours not worked only.
Compensable Hours. All compensable hours (excluding standby pay) not to exceed 2080 hours per year shall be counted in the calculation of seniority, sick leave accrual and annual leave accrual. Paid time off and low census time off shall be regarded as compensable hours for purposes of this definition.

Compensable Hours. The Hospital shall pay on each compensable hour (maximum of one hundred seventy-three (173) compensable hours per calendar month per employee) into the Sound Health and Wellness Trust for the purpose of providing the employees with hospital, medical, surgical, vision, group life, accidental death and dismemberment, weekly indemnity benefits and dental benefits in accordance with provisions established by the separate “Health and Welfare Agreement” between Allied Employers, Inc., and various local unions, dated April 1, 1977, and as subsequently amended. For the purpose of this Article 13.1, “compensable hours” is defined as including all hours actually worked, paid PTO hours as defined in Article 10, and any other paid time off; but in no event will compensable hours exceed one hundred seventy-three (173) per calendar month per employee.

Compensable Hours. 18.1 Hours of Work — Eight (8) hours to (10) hours shall constitute a regular workday, forty hours (40), Monday through Friday shall constitute a regular work week; provided, that an employee shall receive either two (2) or three (3) consecutive days off depending upon their assigned work schedule. 18.1.1 An employee may request to work a 5/8 schedule or a 4/10 schedule. Requests shall be submitted in writing to the Department Head beginning with January of each year and may be changed by the employee on a quarterly basis. Requests will not be accepted outside of the designated window period. Schedule changes mutually agreed upon shall remain in effect for three (3) calendar months and may not be changed unless required by operational needs or for reasons otherwise mutually acceptable to the Employer and employee. Requests will be granted or denied at the sole discretion of the Employer who shall show, in writing, the reason for any denial. The Employer's decision will be final and binding upon the City and the employee. 18.1.2 A 4-10 work week shall be defined as either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. A 5-8 work week shall be defined as Monday through Friday. Monday through Sunday shall be the designated work week. 18.1.3 Regular full-time employees shall be required to report to work between the hours of 7:00 a. m. and 9:00 a.m. as specified by the Employer or as mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the employee.
