Comprehensive Maintenance. If you have indicated overleaf that you require Comprehensive Maintenance we will perform Routine Maintenance (see above) and all repairs to the Goods (excludes 3rd party software support) required as a result of component failure or normal wear and tear inclusive of the cost of materials, labour and travel to the Delivery Address. Normal wear and tear shall exclude tyres and forks unless specified overleaf.

Comprehensive Maintenance. 9.1 Electravision will carry out 2 Service Visits during every 12 month period. The first visit will be scheduled on cessation of the system warranty and on receipt of the annual maintenance charge. 9.2 Electravision will provide an emergency callout facility within 24 hours. 9.3 Labour and Materials (excluding batteries) will be free of charge where repairs have been completed due to inherent defect or wear and tear. 9.4 Where applicable for intruder alarms, the maintenance charge includes annual Central Station Monitoring in accordance with the Specification, plus the Remote Reset Facility.

Comprehensive Maintenance. Comprehensive Maintenance during defect liability period 4.20.1. All the equipments to be installed for commissioning of each of the grid connected solar PV power plant and the power plant in whole shall be under Comprehensive Maintenance Contract within the scope of the tender for 5(five) years from the date of commissioning. The equipments or components, or any part thereof, so found defective during Comprehensive Maintenance Contract period will be forthwith repaired or replaced within the scope of guarantee obligation to the satisfaction of the Purchaser. The maintenance of grid connected solar PV power plant include routine & periodic maintenance, overhauling, breakdown maintenance, and repairing or replacement of defective PV modules, invertors, and other components, providing of consumables. Comprehensive Maintenance. The comprehensive maintenance agreement consists of all the benefits of a standard maintenance contract. It also includes the replacement of any faulty equipment including rechargeable batteries, and labour will not be charged for after hours calls, however any parts used on our first “Takeover Maintenance” are chargeable. Neither agreement covers misuse, malicious damage, rodent damage, lightning or flood damage (Acts of God) these should be covered by buildings and contents insurance. Call outs resulting from a loss of 240-volt mains electricity supply in excess of an 8 hour period, or power surges and fluctuations will also not be covered. This level of maintenance will cost £99.00 + VAT per annum.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated. 16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum. 16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.
