Continuous Training. Subject to the terms and limitations specified in the applicable Statement of Work, VNDLY will provide Customer with training as part of the Fee to be used for training on new Product, modules, releases and upgrades of the Product.

Continuous Training. Every employee covered by the terms of this Agreement shall have the opportunity to receive to the extent possible a minimum of sixty (60) hours of tuition paid training over the term of the Agreement. The Employer retains the right to select employees for certain specialized training based on established criteria. A. The Employer shall provide meals, currently thirty dollars ($30.00) per day, and lodging when employees are required to stay overnight at such training. The Employer shall also provide transportation, or pay the state mileage rate per current IRS regulations for the employee's use of a personal vehicle, for either commuter or overnight training. In the event that the employee is required to leave the lodging facilities on the weekends, all mileage shall be paid. For purposes of calculation the police department shall be used as the base. B. If, as the result of the training schedule or department requirement, an employee attends training on his day off, the employee shall be allowed the opportunity to request a change in his/her day off.

Continuous Training. On-going/refresher training has been a hallmark of CLICS. The CLICS staff receives monthly training at their regular meetings. The members of CBOs, private practitioners, Doots, and TBAs, participate in a one-day training each month. The MOs, ANMs, and AWWs also receive one-day training each month during the BSDs. The VCC members are trained at the sector level each quarter, at the annual review meeting at the village level, and during a sector-level workshop each year.

Continuous Training. A program of continuing training directed at maintenance of appropriate skill levels shall be pro- vided for all hospice employees providing services to patients and their families.

A Meal and Incidental Expense advance shall be granted upon approval by the City Administrator and Finance Director using the appropriate Meals and Incidental Expense rate provided annually by the General Services Administration of the Federal Government for the City traveled to. In order to receive said allowance, the employee must submit a Travel Advance Request Form and have it approved prior to their departure. This form is available in the Finance Department. The allowance for the day of departure and the day of return will be prorated based on the number of meals required away from home. Where conference registration fees include one or more meals, the per diem allowance shall be decreased by the appropriate amount. B. Continuous Training. During the Term of this Agreement, subject to the timely payment of the CATIA Companion Yearly Fee, DS grants Solution Provider one shareable license under the terms set forth in Section 8.2.1 above on DS's self training software "CATIA Companion" and may provide updates of "CATIA Companion" at any time and at no additional cost. Continuous Training. ICCs will also receive continuous training and coaching on product knowledge and sales from CAO staff, their assigned reseller and online training videos.

Continuous Training. The Parties identify and will refer to joint inter-professional funds for facilitated access to the resources allocated by the legislator to the financing of continuing training programs. Companies are required, on July 1st of each year, to make welfare tools available to workers who have passed the probationary period for an annual amount of €250.00 to be used by June 30th of the following year. This amount will be proportionally reduced in the case of a part-time contract.
