The Contractor shall ensure that all persons entrusted with the provision of services comply with the statutory provisions on data privacy protection, particularly when processing personal data. A commitment to maintain data secrecy signed by these persons as required under data protection law must be obtained before they commence their activities for the first time and proof thereof must be provided to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on request. 2.
