DEPARTMENT STAFFING Sample Clauses
The Department Staffing clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the personnel assigned to a specific department within an organization or under a contract. It typically outlines the minimum qualifications, number of staff, and roles that must be maintained to ensure adequate service levels or project progress. For example, it may require the contractor to provide a certain number of qualified technicians or managers at all times. This clause ensures that the department is properly staffed to meet operational needs and helps prevent disruptions due to understaffing or unqualified personnel.
