MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. Employee(s) assigned by the Fire Chief to act in the position of Maintenance Coordinator shall receive at each pay period a payment of $55. Performance of this additional duty will be included on the employee’s performance plan as an additional performance factor and evaluated in accordance with City policy.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. Section 2. Job Postings‌ A. The Board of Education will determine whether and when a job opening exists. All job openings in the bargaining unit shall be posted for seven (7) working days on bulletin boards at West Branch, Rose City, Ogemaw Heights and the Bus Garage, and shall be awarded within ten (10) working days after the closing date of the posting, based on seniority, qualifications, and physical ability. All postings shall state the range of hours in accordance with student schedules, hourly wage rate, the specific description of the job and the building. Employees may be assigned to other areas within a building due to a vacancy or other circumstances on a temporary basis. No employee should sign a job posting unless he/she is physically and mentally able to assume the duties of the job within thirty working days. B. Employees wishing to apply for a position shall follow the directions outlined within the posting. The Union shall receive a copy of all postings and awards. C. After December 1st, any Para Pro position that increases by thirty (30) minutes per day will be filled by current Para Pro for the remainder of that school year and put out for bid at the beginning of the next school year. D. Summer Positions: Summer positions shall be posted and awarded to bargaining unit personnel in accordance with Article IV, Section 2, Paragraph A.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. PDK shall be the initial “Maintenance Coordinator” for the Maintenance of the SWQF. The Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for determining the Maintenance to be performed on the SWQF as well as the time and manner in which the Maintenance is to be performed. The Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for the preparation of an Allocation Notice to be issued to the Associations providing for the respective cost of maintenance to be charged to each Association. MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR. 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Monitors radios and responds to pilot and aircraft maintenance related calls. Maintains a log of all reported aircraft discrepancies. b. Keeps computer updated promptly and accurately on the status of line aircraft. Updates in the RGO must be made at least five (5) minutes before decision times. The RGO must be updated with the particular task being accomplished, making this information available to all concerned departments. c. May assist personnel as necessary to accomplish all maintenance functions in accordance with Company maintenance manuals, policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. d. Responsible for safe, economical, and on-time operation of Company aircraft by coordinating and controlling line maintenance in accordance with Company policies. e. Coordinates all movement of entire aircraft fleet by keeping in contact with hangar and line Crew Chiefs. f. Calls for authorization of minimum equipment list deferrals, configuration list deferrals, and deferred maintenance items and relays that information to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. (Aircraft Maintenance Technicians may also perform this function.) g. Provides workloads with all scheduled checks, oil checks, and list of scheduled required maintenance on all aircraft provided by maintenance planning. h. Coordinates with Crew Chiefs and Operations agents about any possible swaps or delays to clear pilot discrepancies, minimum equipment list deferrals or periodic service checks to set decision times. i. Enters into computer all scheduled periodic service checks and oil checks that have been complied with. j. Accurately answers maintenance delays with on / off times and corrective action. k. Turnover ongoing maintenance to next Coordinator or Supervisor. l. Assures that their work area is maintained in a safe and orderly manner at all times.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
