OTHER LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY Sample Clauses

The 'Other Leaves With or Without Pay' clause defines an employee's entitlement to take time off from work for reasons not specifically covered by standard leave categories, such as vacation or sick leave. This clause typically outlines the conditions under which such leave may be granted, whether the leave will be paid or unpaid, and any approval processes required, such as management discretion or documentation. Its core function is to provide flexibility for both the employer and employee in accommodating unique or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring that there is a clear process for handling leave requests outside of standard policies.
