PERSONAL LEAVE USAGE Clause Samples
The Personal Leave Usage clause defines the rules and conditions under which employees may take time off from work for personal reasons, such as illness, family emergencies, or other personal matters. Typically, this clause outlines the amount of personal leave available, the process for requesting leave, and any documentation that may be required to justify the absence. By clearly specifying how and when personal leave can be used, the clause ensures both employees and employers understand their rights and obligations, reducing misunderstandings and helping to manage workplace attendance effectively.
