Policy and Procedure Manual. OSMI shall advise Provider regarding the compilation of a policy and procedure manual (hereinafter referred to as the “Manual”) for Provider’s review and approval, which Manual shall include protocols, operating policies and procedures and similar materials that are reasonably necessary for the proper ordering, storage, fitting and dispensing of DME, as well as proper documentation and patient follow up. OSMI may recommend revisions to the Manual, as necessary, from time to time and shall make such revisions as are necessary to tailor the Manual to Provider needs.
Policy and Procedure Manual. Section 40.1 Management shall maintain the most current policy and procedure manuals (both City and Departmental), subject to occasional updates and revisions, on the City’s shared electronic drive folder available to all City employees.
Policy and Procedure Manual. The Contractor must maintain an internal policy and procedure manual consistent with DHS-communicated policy, procedures, and work instructions. DHS reserves the right to request a copy of a portion thereof, or the manual in its entirety for review and ongoing oversight. The Department further reserves the right to request other policies and procedures, as deemed necessary. Specific topics that are essential to the ICA Policy and Procedures Manual, at minimum, include: a. IRIS Consultant staff orientation and training requirements; b. Functional screener staff orientation and training requirements
Policy and Procedure Manual. The operational procedures to implement CCPA’s policies and programs shall be set forth in a Policy and Procedure Manual to be provided to Physician by CCPA, the terms of which by reference are incorporated herein. The Policy and Procedure Manual is subject to modification from time to time by the CCPA Board of Director’s in its sole discretion.

Policy and Procedure Manual. Franchisee agrees to abide by the terms of the P&P Manual and to supervise Affiliates of Franchisee to assure their compliance with the P&P Manual. Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor has reserved the right, pursuant to Paragraph 15 of this Agreement, to make reasonable changes in the P&P Manual that Franchisor determines are important for the continued success and development of the CENTURY 21 franchise organization and its members. Accordingly, Franchisee agrees that from time to time Franchisor may reasonably change or modify the CENTURY 21 Marks and the CENTURY 21 System as well as the standards and specifications set forth in the P&P Manual, including, but not limited to, the modification or adoption of new or modified trade names, trademarks, service marks, sign and logo requirements, or copyrighted materials. Franchisee also agrees, at Franchisee's own expense, to adopt on a timely basis (but in no case later than ninety (90) days after notice) any such modifications as if they were a part of the CENTURY 21 System at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Franchisor shall notify Franchisee in writing delivered via facsimile or regular mail as to changes in the P&P Manual or other changes in the operational structure of the Franchise;
Policy and Procedure Manual. For the of Clause, the month probationary period shall not Include any spent by the employee on sick leave or off work accordance with or off work for any reason. With just cause, the Employer may elect by notifyingthe probationary employee the days in advance of the end of the six months probationary period to extend the probationary period by up to a further months but, in any event. the total probationary period shall not exceed a total of months.
Policy and Procedure Manual. All other travel policies shall be determined in accordance with the Employer’s Policy and Procedure Manual.
Policy and Procedure Manual. The Contractor shall: Prior to the Service Start Date, develop and submit to EOHHS for approval a Provider policy and procedure manual, and, following EOHHS approval, publish the manual on Contractor’s website and electronically distribute a hyperlink to the manual to all Network Providers. At a Network Provider’s request, also electronically distribute the manual to the Providers. The manual shall include, at a minimum, information on: The Contract, the Contractor, and program priorities; How to verify a Covered Individual’s eligibility for MassHealth Behavioral Health Covered Services; Network Provider Credentialing Criteria; Provider Network management; Procedures for service authorization, concurrent review, extensions of lengths of stay, and retrospective reviews for all BH Covered Services; Clinical Criteria for admission, continued stay, and discharge for each BH Covered Service; Administrative and billing instructions, including a list of procedure codes, units and payment rates; How to appeal payment and service denial decisions; Reporting requirements for Serious Reportable Events and Reportable Adverse Incidents; and Performance specifications for each Behavioral Health Covered Service. As necessary, modify or supplement the policy and procedure manual by distributing periodic notices to Network Providers; Review the manual at least biannually and amend it, if necessary, in consultation with EOHHS; and The Contractor shall: Require all Network Providers to accept the Contractor’s performance specifications that have been approved by EOHHS; Develop and maintain performance specifications for Network Providers and develop performance specifications for new BH Covered Services; and At least annually, review and update as necessary the performance specifications including any new performance specifications that have been developed, and submit any proposed changes to EOHHS for prior review and approval. The Contractor shall develop, maintain and utilize EOHHS-approved Network Provider protocols. The protocols must address the following: How the Contractor intends to ensure, for a particular Covered Individual’s needs, that a qualified and clinically appropriate Network or non-Network Provider: is available to provide the particular BH Covered Service; is accessible within the access standards required by the Contract, taking into account the availability of public transportation; is accessible to individuals with physical disabilities, if appropriate...
