Preconstruction Activities Clause Samples
The Preconstruction Activities clause outlines the tasks and responsibilities that must be completed before actual construction work begins on a project. This typically includes activities such as site surveys, obtaining permits, finalizing designs, and coordinating with relevant authorities or stakeholders. By clearly defining these preparatory steps, the clause ensures that all necessary groundwork is completed in advance, reducing the risk of delays or complications once construction commences.
