Preparation and Planning Time Sample Clauses
The Preparation and Planning Time clause defines the amount of time allocated for parties to prepare and plan before commencing their obligations under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies a set period during which parties can organize resources, review requirements, or coordinate logistics prior to the start of services or project work. By clearly establishing this preparatory window, the clause helps ensure that all parties are adequately ready, reducing the risk of delays or misunderstandings once the agreement is in effect.
