Purpose of the Document. Deliverable 8.2: Ethics and Safety Manual I is part of WP8, Project Management and Ethical Issues. The document aims to: • Review the ethical principles and the relevant legal and regulatory framework which are related to the research in SPLENDID • Clearly identify the ethical issues for key elements of the SPLENDID research and define strategies to address them. The above points are especially considered in relation to research involving humans. Therefore, the main impact of this deliverable will be in the area of the research studies that will be conducted in WP6. However, there are also considerations that have an impact on the technical development, namely in the areas of sensor safety (WP2) and data management (WP3, WP4 and WP5). The manual presents a detailed outline of the state of the research activities, especially highlighting the required ethical awareness indicated by the European Union Directives and guidelines. Consecutively, we have identified key methodological aspects of SPLENDID which are connected to the described ethical issues and we are proposing specific practises to mitigate possible ethical issues that might arise. Note that while the Ethical Issues relevant to the future use of the SPLENDID platform have regularly been considered, this manual focuses on the ethical considerations relevant to the development phase of SPLENDID. As the development of the final platform progresses more information will become available about the functional details of the platform and the specifics of the projected uses. Key considerations in this document will be revised as necessary during the composition of the Ethics and Safety Manual II (October 2015).

Purpose of the Document. This deliverable identifies scientific, technical, industrial and societal stakeholders, which could be potentially interested in, benefit from and contribute to the project outcomes and tool to be developed from the perspective of value-based healthcare. A stakeholder value analysis is conducted and presented in this document. The stakeholder value analysis will provide an overview of how value can be created and delivered for and/or by the stakeholders. This document presents identification and classification of stakeholders, a stakeholder value analysis, and the connections and potential information flows between the stakeholders. The stakeholder value analysis serves as a base for the other tasks and WPs and thus supports the development of value propositions, the development of use cases for the BOUNCE tool and furthermore functions as support when planning for targeted communication, dissemination and outreach.

Purpose of the Document. The purpose of this document is to report the results of T1.3 reporting on the BOUNCE methodology, the state of the art tools/services considered for adaptation and integration by the project and to identify the data workflow of the project.

Purpose of the Document. This handbook has been created as a resource for the review, development, and implementation of facility-use policies, procedures, and agreements for community use of schools and school use of community facilities by schools, school divisions, municipalities, and recreation commissions. Many facilities are used quite extensively and a number of jurisdictions have policies and procedures in place for granting access, including joint-use agreements. Consultations and discussions with various stakeholders through the Task Force, the ACJUSC, and other platforms combined with the results of the aforementioned survey, support the need to review current practices to ensure the optimal use of facility spaces in all communities.
