Recurring Services Clause Samples

The Recurring Services clause defines the terms under which services are provided on a repeated or ongoing basis, such as monthly maintenance, software subscriptions, or regular consulting. It typically outlines the frequency of service delivery, payment intervals, and any conditions for renewal or cancellation. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the ongoing nature of the arrangement, helping to prevent misunderstandings about service expectations and payment obligations.
