Regular Load Overloads and Underloads. 19.4.1 No instructor shall be required to have a classroom workload equal to more than 45 activity points in any semester unless he/she agrees. If he/she agrees to work beyond 45 activity points during a semester, an average of 45 shall be maintained within a three (3) semester period. 19.4.2 No regular faculty member shall exceed his/her regular load in any given semester by more than 60% (or 27 activity points). 19.4.3 Online course assignments are contingent upon departmental needs and the Distance Education (DE) approval processes governed by the Curriculum Committee and DE Committee. 19.4.4 In no case shall a regular faculty member’s workload and overload per semester include an assignment of more than 27 activity points (.60 FTE) of online courses. In the case of a regular faculty member with a reduced workload, online assignments shall be limited to no more than 60% of the reduced workload. 19.4.5 In the case of hybrid courses, the proportion if the course taught online shall count toward the calculation of total online load (example: a 9.0 activity point class taught as a 50/50 hybrid course would count as 4.5 activity points of online instruction). 19.4.6 Assignment priority is for use only in the development of the initial schedule for each semester. 19.4.7 When a regular faculty member who is teaching an overload and who has one or more of his/her regular classes cancelled, the overload will become a part of his/her regular load for that semester. 19.4.8 Any underload shall be made up within four (4) semesters from the time it is first incurred, except by mutual agreement in writing. 19.4.9 Any faculty member who needs to make up an underload will be assigned a regular load plus the underload within his/her discipline prior to making overload or adjunct assignments. (Exceptions may be made if an adjunct possesses unique qualifications required for an available course). 19.4.10 If a faculty member who is scheduled for courses to restore an underload incurs a cancellation which impedes the load restoration within the four-semester period, that instructor may displace the instructor of an hourly assignment (overload or adjunct). The priority for the fulltime faculty member to be assigned another class in order to restore base load will incur the following order when possible: A. Full-time faculty member with overload B.   • Uncontrollable Forces Tariff Provisions Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff shall be incorporated by reference into this Agreement except that all references in Section 14.1 of the CAISO Tariff to Market Participants shall be read as a reference to the Participating Generator and references to the CAISO Tariff shall be read as references to this Agreement.

  • Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.

  • Use of Attachment Facilities by Third Parties Purpose of Attachment Facilities.‌‌ Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Compliance with Commitments Immediately after giving effect to the making of any such Extension of Credit (and the application of the proceeds thereof), (i) the sum of the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Revolving Loans plus outstanding Swingline Loans plus outstanding LOC Obligations shall not exceed the Revolving Committed Amount then in effect, (ii) the outstanding LOC Obligations shall not exceed the LOC Committed Amount, and (iii) the outstanding Swingline Loans shall not exceed the Swingline Committed Amount.
