Scope Exclusions. The following services are not included under this Agreement, and will be furnished by others or their agent, as noted: • Architectural design or site work associated with proposed facilities (i.e. architectural renderings, sketches, elevations, footings/ foundations, etc.) • As-built surveys or construction staking • Electrical or mechanical engineeringEnvironmental Site Assessment (ESA) • GDOT coordination and permitting. • Improvements to any existing public rights-of-way or utilities that may be additional requirements by the city that have not been identified elsewhere in this scope and would not exclusively serve the development. • Railroad coordination and encroachment agreements • Sanitary sewer and/or water distribution system design • Services associated with variances, waivers, modifications and/or any relief from local, state, or federal regulations. • Services related to air, solid waste, and/or hazardous waste permits. • Services related to any design changes that resulted major re-design of the accepted design development document. Scope Exclusions. In addition to the scope being defined as stated above the scope of this effort specifically does not include the following: • Software Installation • Training The change control process will occur as follows: • The business submits a written change request for seeking enhancements and/or new functionality. The request must include the business impact (vs. financial impact) of the proposed enhancement or functionality requested. • The Project team analyzes the cost, the business impact and schedule impact of implementing the change and submits the analysis for review. The analysis will include, at minimum: • An overview of the work necessary to implement the change; • The resource hours and cost required to do that work, if any; and • The forecast effects that implementing the change will have on the project schedule. • The Project team change committee meets to discuss and prioritize Palomar College’s standing change requests and to approve plans and costs if any for the change request implementations. • The Project Manager updates the current project plan to reflect the new requirements requested. • The Project sponsor or their designee approves the revised project plan. • The project team implements the approved changes. A successful project execution is largely due to strong management support, a focus on project objectives and limiting work to what is in scope and to the qualities, energies, skills, experience, and commitment of the individuals assigned to these projects. The success of this overall project will also depend on these same characteristics.

Scope Exclusions. The following application components are excluded from the scope of this SOW. Customer may choose to implement these Project components to which Customer has subscribed at its discretion following the initial Project phase described in this SOW. Any additional scope would necessitate a separate SOW with an associated cost.
Scope Exclusions. Provider has identified the following items which will be specifically excluded from the scope of this engagement: 1) Compliance with specific security requirements from Customer or any 3rd party (including vendors, government, and industry organizations) is specialized and not a standard for this scope of work. 2) Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing will not be performed for more than 30 public IP addresses nor more than 500 internal network hosts. 3) Web application security testing will not be performed for more than 15 websites. 4) Assessments on internal infrastructure will only be launched from a single physical location; other sites not accessible through site-to-site connectivity from source location will be excluded from assessment of internal components. 5) Provider will provide no configuration services for server, network, or end-user infrastructure.
