Project Components. Due to one organizational framework overseeing the simultaneous excavations of four archaeological sites, the complex project was broken into segments; 1) detailed site delineation; 2) infrastructure set-up; 3) excavation/documentation; 4) environmental sampling; 5) construction monitoring; and 6) site consolidation and closure. Each site had at least four of the six project components, which were approached in such a way that all sites interacting with the proposed alignment were completed first, before proceeding on to the Paleoindian sites.
Project Components. The Project will be comprised of the following components as further depicted in Exhibit D, the Conceptual Guide Plan: A. Approximately 1,358 multifamily residential units. B. Approximately 75,610 square feet of commercial land use (including 3,450 square feet of existing commercial land use). Commercial land use shall not include storage facilities. C. Parking for the residential and commercial land uses. D. Transportation improvements as described in Section 7,
Project Components. The Construction Manager, subject to District review and approval, shall determine the logical division of the Project by construction trades and/or other components (each a “Project Component”) for, among other reasons, bidding, construction and, if requested by District, beneficial occupancy of any portion(s) of the Project prior to Final Completion thereof.
Project Components. PWD Rest House at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road, Patiala is an old building constructed approx. in year 1940. The existing building has 8 rooms. There are also servant quarters and garages. Most of the area is green and undeveloped.
Project Components. C.4.1.1 COMPONENT 1: IMPROVING NATIONAL LEVEL SYSTEMS & INSTITUTIONS (CLIN 0001) Element 1: National level knowledge and understanding of good DRM practices enhanced Element 2: Grants to Nepali, international organizations or the private sector generate unique, scalable approaches and/or cultivate champions (CLIN 0001b)
Project Components. Subject to compliance with the conditions contained in this Section 38: 38.1.1 If and to the extent requested by IPA, any one or more Purchasers or an entity acting on behalf of one or more Purchasers may agree to make payments- in-aid of construction for the Generation Station. 38.1.2 The California Purchasers or an entity acting on their behalf may agree to make payments-in-aid of construction for the Southern Transmission System. 38.1.3 The Utah Purchasers or an entity acting on their behalf may agree to make payments-in-aid of construction for the Northern Transmission System.
Project Components. MINIMUM DEVELOPMENT OBLIGATIONS
Project Components. We provide a brief overview of the above components as follows: Vision-Data Possessing: it pre-processes/post-processes the input and output streams of video data. In addition, the processed input data will be forwarded to a Location-Data Processing component as its input for simultaneous human localization. Location-Data Processing: we have utilized various tracking sensors to individually track the indoor positions of elders at home. This component can preprocess raw data collected from a specific sensor for later effective data fusion with other sensors. Care-Wall System: it can provide an environment to support "face-to-face" like care for caregivers who are in a different place from the care-receivers. Robust Indoor Location System: it can improve the overall accuracy of tracking results by taking good advantages of data-fusion related techniques. Context-Aware Activity Inference (Optional): it can process raw sensor data to obtain higher level contextual information such as locations, users’ IDs, time intervals, etc. These derived data can then be used to infer high-level elder’s current activity.
Project Components. Developer proposes to develop, design, construct, and operate the Project for the Minimum Affordability Period noted in Section 1.1 above. The Project will include the components listed in this Section 4 to be provided by Developer at Developer’s cost as follows:
Project Components. The Parties currently anticipate the Project will be comprised of the following components: 2.1 The provision of commuter parking spaces, subject to shared-parking during non-peak commuter parking demand, through a recorded perpetual parking stall easement or other mutually acceptable agreement that permanently provides for commuter parking, together with a related “Commuter Parking Easement with Joint Use and Maintenance Provisions” (“Commuter Parking Easement” or “CPE”) that runs with the land and defines the Parties’ ongoing joint use, maintenance responsibilities, signage requirements, capital and operating costs, operating hours, access/restrictions, rates, and enforcement related to commuter parking.1 The City will be responsible for its share of all post-construction operational and maintenance cost associated with commuter parking. The Commuter Parking Easement will further describe the rights and obligations of the Parties. 2.2 The City and MainStreet will identify the total number of Project parking stalls after completion of a detailed Project parking analysis and after the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Island Design Commission reviews and ultimately approves the Project proposal (the “Approved Stalls”). Of the Approved Stalls, at least 100 stalls will be allocated to commuter parking during dedicated commuter parking hours and a specified number of stalls will be allocated for the code-required residential parking for not less than 120 multifamily units. Twenty-five percent of the residential stalls will be shared with commuters and increase the 100 (or more) commuter parking stalls. The 100 (or more) stalls of commuter parking may be shared with other building uses outside the hours of commuter parking. Retail parking requirements will be the greater of the code or four stalls per 1,000 SF with not less than 3,000 SF of retail. Hours of commuter parking will be determined in the DA or the Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement, subject to the data provided in the detailed Project parking analysis. The commuter parking will be shared with any MICA use. Employees of MICA will be required to park off-site unless otherwise agreed, and adequate proof of sufficient off-site parking availability, by way of a shared parking agreement or other agreement satisfactory to the City, must be provided to demonstrate off-site parking availability. 2.3 Not less than 120 multifamily residential units with seventy-five percent of the designated residential parking spaces exclusively for ...
