Technology Platform contractor costs to develop a secure, private and accessible PADs technology platform are $1,820,000 in all four years of the project for a total of $7,280,000. The currently proposed Technology Platform contractor is Chorus. Total costs for Contracts are $2,273,978 in Year 1, $2,170,405 in Year 2, $2,133,744 in Year 3, and $2,119,735 in Year 4 for a four-year total of $8,697,862.

Technology Platform. 12.1 The London Borough of Waltham Forest uses the SAP ERP system for its core functions Finance, Procurement and Human Resources. Details of agency staff are to be integrated or input by the provider into SAP Human Resources. Essential Requirement – The provider must set out detailed proposals of how they plan to inter-operate their systems with the Council’s SAP ERP system. Desirable Requirement – The provider needs to detail how they plan to manage the process of using the Council’s SAP ERP System. Technology Platform.  Using EKENDRA ’s Technology Platform, WLP can conduct its business operations throughout the country under its own name and style, WLP is at liberty to conduct its business operations in any manner that it wishes to. WLP is at liberty to have its own plans, commission’s structure, scheme that it can promote under WLP’s own name and style.  That it is agreed between the parties that EKENDRA ’s role vis a vis its relation with WLP is limited to the extent of providing a stable, error free Technology Platform and EKENDRA shall maintain all the data base and Business of WLP at WLP’s own costs and shall provide a monthly report to WLP.  It is agreed between the parties that EKENDRA is at liberty to have any number of WLP and the WLP shall not have any objections for the same. EKENDRA is also at liberty to offer all the services which they already have on their Platform or any other new services in future and WLP shall not have any objection for the same.  EKENDRA and its team shall not be responsible or accountable or responsible for any such misuse as EKENDRA is only a Technology Platform provider.  It is agreed between the parties that for the time that WLP utilizes the Technology Platform Of EKENDRA, EKENDRA shall maintain the data base of the business transactions of WLP and shall provide to WLP a statement detailing the transactions at the end of every month. WLP will provide a branding or reference as “powered by EKENDRA” on their Website.  In case of any enhancement in the technology platform provided to WLP, and WLP chooses to such enhancement, EKENDRA shall provide such enhancements at the mutually agreed cost by the parties.  It is agreed between the parties that WLP is directly responsible for all business Transactions that it may transact/do with its clients and EKENDRA shall not be responsible on any count. WLP is responsible for the after sales supports with its clients and shall be solely responsible for all the costs and consequences that may arise during the course of its business operations.

Technology Platform. The Sellers and Servicers hereby agree to promptly provide directly to the Administrative Agent copies of all items provided by the Sellers and Servicers to the Platform Provider hereunder (unless the Platform Provider is Truist or an Affiliate thereof at such time), including, without limitation, the items described in clause (i) of the first paragraph Section 1(l), regardless of whether such items have already been transmitted to the Administrative Agent by the Platform Provider.

Technology Platform. The Vendor agrees to transfer to the Purchasers and the Purchasers agree to receive in perpetuity the intangible assets related to the Technology Platform owned by the Vendor, including trademarks, patents, software copyright, source codes and any other intellectual property rights in relation to the Technology Platform. After the signing of this Agreement, Purchasers is entitled to all rights and interests in the aforementioned intangible assets of the Technology Platform. The delivery of the information and documents related to the Technology Platform shall be completed within a reasonable time agreed by the parties. The customer information that has been transferred to the Purchasers pursuant to the Asset Transfer Agreement and the Ownership Confirmation of Customers and Business Resources shall be decided by the Purchasers whether to use the Technology Platform for entry and management, and the Vendor guarantees that the customer information can be entered into the Technology Platform and managed using the Technology Platform, and the Vendor shall provide necessary assistance in a timely manner to the Purchasers. By using the Services, you agree to accept such risks and that My-Cardia (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) is not responsible for any and all acts or omissions of Users.

Technology Platform. Supplier agrees to comply in all respects with the provisions set forth in Attachment G with respect to the FTI Proprietary Loan Workflow Platform. .
