Continuous Improvement Process. As part of QM, the Supplier is subject to a zero-defect philosophy. To reach this goal, it is necessary to continuously improve all operational processes. Miba Battery Systems shall reach agreement with the SUPPLIER with respect to the time frame and the intermediate goals by which the zero-defect objective may be reached. The SUPPLIER shall promptly inform Miba Battery Systems as soon as any negative deviations from the agreed-upon goal corridor are foreseeable. This goes beyond eliminating existing problems. The aim is to operate the processes in such a way that deviations from the target values are continually diminished. Target values are requirements, such as technical specifications, but also include quality targets, costs, deadlines, etc. The Supplier shall make improvements recognizable to all divisions through appropriate metrics. Effi- ciency and cost-effectiveness are key aspects of continuous improvement. Miba Battery Systems reserves the right, after coordination with the Supplier, to conduct on-site im- provement workshops for the purpose of supplier development (quality improvement, cost-reduction, etc.).
Continuous Improvement Process. The parties will identify new continuous improvement initiatives on an annual basis, with a 6-monthly check-in on ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. When establishing a new continuous improvement initiative, the parties will classify the initiative based on whether it can be implemented as:
A. part of the ongoing ‘business as usual’ services (cost and resourcing to be absorbed by Service NSW; or
B. a new project initiative (cost and resourcing to be agreed by the parties). A prioritisation process will be agreed upon between the parties to prioritise initiatives (for Service NSW, this will be performed by the Partnerships team). The Council may be required to effect policy, system or regulatory changes to assist in delivering the service process improvement, as agreed with Service NSW. Where a review of Council policy, system or regulatory changes is requested by Service NSW from the Council, these should be conducted within timeframes agreed between the respective Relationship Managers.
Continuous Improvement Process a) This Agreement is aimed at the promotion of efficiency, flexibility and productivity gain in the workplace. This Agreement facilitates and has as its foundation the acceptance by all parties that continuous improvement of the workplace, the product and the workforce should be pursued through the development of a Consultative Enterprise Culture.

d) The parties agree that the objective is to achieve sustainable improvements by: Encouraging high levels of skill, innovation and excellence amongst all employees.
(i) Improvement in the issues of quality, technology, work organisation, management practices, product deliveries, time and cost performance, education and training and up skilling.
(ii) Application of appropriate skill enhancement programs.
(iii) Development of Best Practice Standards based upon a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
(iv) Maintenance of harmonious and productive working relationships which include commitment and success.
(v) Promotion of measures to eliminate disputation, employee turnover, absenteeism and safety issues or injuries.
(vi) Elimination of waste in materials, time, energy and equipment.
(vii) Providing a process of continuous improvement to enable an immediate response to issues affecting productivity such as time and cost performance, job design, work organisation, quality, technology and training.
e) The parties agree to develop/implement, monitor and review the type of performance indicators and productivity definitions required to facilitate the continuous improvement process. This will require the use of information from various sources; ie historical data, measured work data and input from employees. They may take various forms, including but not limited to, the following:
(i) Direct labour costs; - Accurate recording of stock locations and correct storage of stock;
(ii) Waste; - Reduction in picking errors and in broken and damaged stock;
(iii) Fuel economy; - Efficient and safe use of Forklift and other motorised equipment;

Continuous Improvement Process. Supplier has implemented in its enterprise a structured continuous improvement process for all products, processes and/or services. Such process is also in place for all products and/or services supplied to KOH-I-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ s.r.o., and is properly documented. Supplier proves the effectiveness of the continuous improvement process by the improving quality, price, supplier performance, flexibility and co-operation. Having achieved the requirements of the Buyer's Purchase/Engineering Specification, Seller shall implement a process to continuously improve the level of Material performance within the manufacturing process. Seller shall establish a performance baseline for Buyer's Material and shall establish with Buyer mutually acceptable goals for periodic Material and process improvement.
Continuous Improvement Process. Supplier shall develop and implement a continuous improvement process that will provide for a cost-effective reduction in process-related excursions. Continuous Improvement Process. 1. The Supplier undertakes to perform a continuous improvement process independently in order to further develop its processes and procedures and constantly improve its performance and the quality of its services. A status report on this process shall be sent to MEK-EP on request. This report shall contain planned action, results to be achieved, objective deadlines, areas responsible and degree of fulfilment.
2. The Supplier undertakes to observe a zero-defect strategy. Zero defect means that the Supplier maintains a quality system which protects MEK-EP against any kind of defect.
3. The Supplier undertakes to regularly audit its production processes, document the results and, at MEK-EP's request, to make these audit results available.
4. Furthermore, in the event of discrepancies or peculiarities within the individual processes, the Supplier undertakes to initiate, verify and document remedial action independently and without being requested to do so and, if requested, to grant MEK-EP access to review such action.
