CONTRACT TASKS. The Department’s Representative shall notify the Contractor of the services required, including date and time. When so requested, the Contractor shall provide service within ten (10) days and shall complete the service within ten (10) calendar days. This service will be on an as needed basis and include the following:

B. Necessary equipment to pump and dispose of sludge The Contractor shall perform the service while the plant maintains treatment operations. The Contractor will be required to submit to the Department a sludge pumping procedure plan outlining the equipment used and the procedure employed to pump sludge from the clarifier. After all sludge has been disposed of, the borehole shall be flushed with a minimum of 3,000 gallons of clean water.
CONTRACT TASKS. The Contractor, as an independent organization and not as an agent of the Government, shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, facilities, transportation and travel as required to:
1) Deliver a quantity of FDP that includes 10 grams of active pharmaceutical ingredient to treat inhalational anthrax disease for independent comparative testing by the USG.
2) Manufacture between 10,000 and 100,000 therapeutic courses of treatment of a product to treat inhalational anthrax disease to be delivered to the SNS;
3) Perform accelerated, stress, and long-term storage stability testing to support the proposed product dating period of the Bulk Drug Substance (BDS) and FDP, and ongoing stability assessments to support extension of the product dating period (as necessary);
4) Conduct advanced development/pivotal studies, which include a) expanded human safety studies, b) animal efficacy studies if following the Animal Rule, or clinical studies required for Accelerated Approval and c) other studies as deemed necessary by FDA.
5) Obtain FDA approval/licensure for the therapeutic entity for the treatment of inhalational anthrax disease and provide necessary data to CDC to support CDC submission of a CDC-held IND protocol and/or an EUA to be utilized in the case of an anthrax public health emergency;
6) Perform quality control and quality assurance monitoring on product in the SNS, track/rotate inventory of the SNS stored product as needed while the product is under IND, and perform stability testing of product through the end of the contract;
7) Execute any product disposition directions provided by the USG;
8) Produce, release, maintain and monitor one (1) full scale lot of BDS per year for the life of the contract in order to maintain cGMP capacity to produce sufficient therapeutic courses of treatment of the product to replace expired FDP when ordered by the USG;
9) Initiate and complete all human and animal safety and efficacy studies to support licensure of biologics or approval of drugs for expanded indications for special populations, including pediatric and geriatric populations. Submit to FDA for review and potential inclusion in product labeling the results of special population studies;
10) Provide a security plan for development, manufacturing, storage, and distribution of the product;

CONTRACT TASKS. When so requested, the Contractor shall provide service within twenty-four (24) hours, unless notified that an emergency exists which requires immediate attention to keep the facility in operation. In the event of an emergency, service shall be provided within two (2) hours. The following are examples of services and equipment to be serviced that may be required under the contract: troubleshooting to identify and repair electrical malfunctions or issues affecting the performance of overload relays, variable frequency drives, motors, treatment chemical level sensors, treatment plant call-out systems, heaters, lights and any other treatment plant equipment. Services could also include the installation of new or the upgrading of existing electrical service to support new or upgraded equipment for treatment plant operations. The Contractor shall provide non-emergency and emergency type service to keep all electrical equipment in operation. If non-emergency service is not provided within twenty-four (24) hours after direct verbal or telephonic notification from the Commonwealth, or if emergency service is not provided within two (2) hours after direct verbal or telephone notification from the Commonwealth, the Commonwealth has the right to secure the same service from another source and the Contractor shall pay to the Commonwealth all expenses incurred over the unit prices bid. A major plant shutdown defined by the plant supervisor shall constitute an emergency service request. Holidays shall consist of seven (7) days being; New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and shall be the day that the holiday is observed. The Contractor hereby convenants, contracts, and agrees to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment, and to perform all the work and labor required herein in an expeditious, substantial, and workmanlike manner in accordance with the bid proposal and all pertinent documents found in the agreement.
CONTRACT TASKS. Project Location and Description: Area is comprised of 12 separate wooded blocks totaling approximately 370 acres on State Game Lands 069. Bocks 1 and 2 are located off Guys ▇▇▇▇▇ Road 0.4 miles east of the intersection of Guys ▇▇▇▇▇ Road and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. Block 3 is located off a gated game lands road off ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road 0.7 miles south of the intersection with Guys ▇▇▇▇▇ Road. Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are located off ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road. Blocks 9, 10 and 12 are located off ▇▇▇▇▇ Road. Block 11 is located off a gated game lands road east of the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Turkey Track Roads.

The Contractor will be required to submit to the Department a sludge removal procedure plan outlining the equipment to be used and the procedure to be employed to remove sludge from the backup sludge lagoon for one of the removal methods stated in the above Scope of Work.
CONTRACT TASKS. CONTRACT TASKS. This service will include the cleaning of 10,240 square foot District Office. The following tasks shall be completed in performance of the contract. The Bureau will provide vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops, pails, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, trash can liners, hand soap for restrooms and all required janitorial supplies include, but not limited to detergents, window cleaner, furniture polish, deodorizers and dust cloths. IT WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE THE DEPARTMENT WHEN SUPPLIES ARE BEING DEPLETED AND NEED TO BE REORDERED. Contractor must submit requests for cleaning tools, materials and supplies to be furnished by the agency at least thirty (30) days in advance. Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the designated doors are locked, all lights are turned off and security alarm is armed prior to leaving the premises. The following tasks shall be completed in performance of the contract: ✓ Clean all restrooms as follows: – Wash sinks – clean all porcelain, chrome work and adjacent surfaces – Mirrors and other chrome work to be cleaned/polished – Floors-wet mop with detergent/disinfectant; remove stains below toilets and beneath sinks – Toilets-clean inside bowl with brush and cleaner; wipe down with disinfectant/clean toilet seat, lid and the entire outside of the porcelain bowl – Wet wipe all soiled surfaces with detergent/disinfectant; wipe dry to eliminate water marks. This includes all baseboards. ✓ Empty all waste cans, placing disposed material in garbage bags supplied by the Bureau – clean cans as needed. Place bags in dumpster. ✓ Replenish supplies of toilet paper, paper towels and soap as needed. ✓ Clean office and corridors as follows (both 1st and 2nd floors): – Vacuum/dry mop floors as needed – Clean glass surfaces, if soiled – Water cooler-clean and wipe dry, removing all stains ✓ Offices, corridors, lunch room: – Treat and remove all stains on carpet tile – Vacuum all areas/vacuum along baseboards-dust or wet wipe base boards – Wet mop all tile floors/entries and baseboard – Clean and dust all desktops, tables, counters, windowsills, filing cabinets and other flat surfaces – Dry dust telephones and radio equipment – Computers should be dry dusted-any other cleaning of computers will be done by employees – Clean all sinks, counters and tabletops – Clean front doors-interior and exterior glass – Remove any cobwebs from walls, corners and ceilings, around trim, windows and HVAC vents – Clean electrical swit...
