Deployment Requirements Clause Samples
The Deployment Requirements clause defines the specific conditions and standards that must be met for the delivery, installation, and activation of a product or service. It typically outlines the technical specifications, timelines, and responsibilities of each party involved in the deployment process, such as providing necessary infrastructure, access, or support. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is needed for successful deployment, minimizing misunderstandings and reducing the risk of delays or failures during implementation.

Failure by Contractor to redeploy or add ambulance units within two months of notice by the Contract Administrator shall constitute a major breach of contract. The Contractor shall submit proposed changes in the deployment plan in writing to the Contract Administrator thirty (30) days in advance. The 30-day prior written notice shall be waived if Contractor is adding resources to its deployment plan or if an emergency adjustment to the plan is needed to correct an acute performance problem.

Deployment Requirements. The web-based learning solutions must be operable with the expected minimum hardware and software operating environment in the UNDP country offices (See Appendix A- Technical Environment at UNDP). Options to launch the course for low bandwidth users (without video/audio) and average bandwidth users Given the technical challenges of a global deployment, UNDP requires the ability to deploy learning products in multiple deployment formats ranging from LMS, web, mobile devices, stand alone CD and DVD formats and supplementary printed/electronic learning guide versions. It is imperative that deployment of the web-based learning products should not impede current and expected network bandwidth at the various country offices for web based deployment. User-guides, job aides and instructor guides should be easily printable in usable format e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Word, excel
Deployment Requirements. The proposed use-case scenarios imply the following specific requirements:
1. Smart routing: Content-based routing is required to implement the different scenarios;
Deployment Requirements. Consistent with the requirements: • The Supplier will assist the designated Purchaser to install the software on its hardware; • The field trial version of the software will be made available as a downloadable file from the Purchaser’s website; Released under the Official Information Act 1982 • The Certified version of the software will be packaged and made available to electoral officers on a CD Rom together with appropriate user documentation.
