An Internet Policy clause defines the rules and expectations regarding the use of internet resources within an organization or under a contract. It typically outlines acceptable and prohibited online activities, such as restrictions on accessing certain websites, downloading unauthorized software, or using company internet for personal purposes. By establishing clear guidelines, this clause helps protect the organization from security risks, legal liabilities, and productivity losses associated with inappropriate or unsafe internet use.
Internet Policy. Resident’s use of internet services and network access (collectively, the “Internet Services”) in the Facility is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. Resident may not use the Internet Services in a manner that inordinately drains bandwidth, such as hosting one or more web sites, operating peer-to-peer file-sharing software, or running one or more servers directly from the Unit.
b. Resident may not use the Internet Services to operate an Internet-based business.
c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resident acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not liable to Resident for any losses incurred as a result of day trading, e-commerce, or other financial transactions and activities engaged in by Resident using the Internet Services. If Resident uses the Internet Services to engage in any of these activities, Resident acknowledges and agrees that Resident does so at Resident’s own risk.
d. Resident shall not install network devices, whether wireline or wireless, to enable any person who does not reside in the Unit to access the Internet Services. Any wireless network device installed by a Resident must comply with applicable FCC rules and regulations, and must not interfere with the Internet Services or wireless systems operated by Landlord or any service provider at the Facility.
e. To the extent that Landlord provides the Internet Services via a third party service provider, the following provisions shall also apply:
i. In connection with the Internet Services, the applicable service providers may need to access the Unit. Such service providers shall be permitted to enter the Unit in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
ii. Resident shall not damage the equipment provided in connection with the Internet Services, and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, and causes of action arising out of, or in any way relating to, actions or inactions by Resident, including, but not limited to, any amounts Landlord is required to pay to the applicable service provider to cover the costs of any such damage.
iii. Landlord reserves the right, at any time and for any reason or no reason, to: (i) switch service providers, (ii) change the quantity and quality of the Internet Services, or (iii) discontinue Internet Services.

Internet Policy. The Insurer shall employ strict security standards to protect my information and ensure that transactions are safe. In relation to keeping its internet security standards the Insurer will:
i. monitor the security standards of the third parties to ensure that they comply with the Insurer’s guidelines on security;
ii. enforce and comply with its Privacy Policies;
iii. comply with the guidelines set by Insurance Commission for e-commerce transactions;
iv. by providing the following items: • Profile of the company • Appropriate contact information for inquiries, request and feedback • Clear, accurate and sufficient information to enable the customers to make informed decisions • Detailed product description, coverages, benefits, terms, conditions, warranties, clauses, exclusions and limitations. These can be saved and printed. • Breakdown of the insurance premiums • Payment terms and methods • Cancellation policies • List of requirements when filing a claim • Policy form which the client may read • Summary of the information provided before the payment of the premium • Reminder for the customer to retain or store the electronic document or insurance policy
v. abide by its commitment on service delivery and on confidentiality of my information which are stated in the Customer Charter;
vi. sell online only the products that have been approved by the Insurance Commission;
vii. conform to perform preventive maintenance program to test the functions and make such adjustment as shall be necessary to keep the site in good working order;
viii. ensure to provide support to any of my complaints regarding the system, application and services.
Internet Policy. Wireless access to the internet is provided as part of the Services. Service interruptions, if they occur, will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner. UCW is not responsible for any data, business or other losses as a result of such interruptions. You are responsible for protecting your own computer and data from electrical surges, theft, virus or other malicious attack. Unless otherwise set forth by UCW in writing, you are receiving a single user account solely for your use of the wireless through one device per log-in session. You agree not to download or stream overly large files in a manner that would slow down the network for other users of the internet on the Premises. You agree not to resell any aspect of the wireless access, whether for profit or otherwise, share your IP address or ISP internet connection with anyone, access the wireless simultaneously through multiple units or to authorize any other individual or entity to use the internet. You are not entitled to a refund of any Fees paid hereunder if the internet is not available for any reason.

HCCS shall adopt a Policy of Internet Safety for minors that include the operation of a technology protection measure with respect to any of its computers with Internet access and that protects against access through such computers to visual depictions that are obscene, child pornography, or other content harmful to minors in compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act. ii. Disrupt or significantly slow down the remaining computers in the Office through excessive usage of internet services/bandwidth;
iii. Use the Services in connection with contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming, spimming or any duplicative or unsolicited message(s) (commercial or otherwise);
iv. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Clearly Coworking server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or by any other means;
v. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information on or through Clearly Coworking’s servers, bandwidth, notice boards, events, and/or Clearly Coworking Services;
vi. Use any material or information, including images, files, photos, software or other material which are made available through the Services in any manner that infringe intellectual property laws, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party;
vii. Upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another;

Internet Policy. IBPs may not advertise or promote their IBPs business or ATTEVA’s business, products or marketing plan or use ATTEVA’s name in any electronic media or transmission, including on the Internet via web sites or otherwise, without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, whose approval may be withheld at its sole discretion. If written approval is given, IBPs must abide by the guidelines set forth by ATTEVA, including but not limited to the following: (i) IBPs shall not make offers or solicitations in the guise of research, surveys or informal communication, when the real intent is to sell products or services or sponsor IBPs; (ii) IBPs operating on-line websites, whether or not they collect personal information from individual consumers, shall disclose to the consumer in a prominent place on the website how the consumer information will be used and must follow any laws regulating the handling of personal data; (iii) IBPs sharing personal information collected on-line should provide individual consumers with an opportunity to prohibit the dissemination of such information, and if any consumer requests that his or her personal information not be shared, IBPs shall refrain from sharing such information; (iv) IBPs shall provide individual consumers the option to terminate any further communication between the IBPs and the consumer and if any consumer requests that an IBP cease communication, the IBP should immediately stop communicating upon such request; (v) IBPs must abide by all laws and regulations regarding electronic communications, including but limited to any provision requiring prior consent for unsolicited contacts via electronic media; (vi) IBPs may not distribute content by use of distribution lists or to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process; spamming or distribution of chain letters or junk mail is not allowed; (vii) IBPs may not distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, slanderous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or which could otherwise give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation; and (viii) IBPs/RADs may not send bulk unsolicited e-mails to persons who have not requested information. You have no proprietary or ownership rights to a specific IP or other address log-in name, or password that you use on our network. You agree not to use the Service, any of Ironfire’s or related network or website for any fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose, or so as to damage or cause risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, or to any person. Improper uses include, but are not limited to:
a. Violating any applicable law or regulation;
b. Posting or transmitting content you do not have the right to post or transmit;
c. Posting or transmitting content that infringes a third party’s trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, publicity, privacy, or other right;
d. Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, untrue, stalking, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, tortious, threatening, obscene, hateful, harmful or otherwise objectionable as determined in our sole discretion;
e. Attempting to intercept, collect or store data about third parties without their knowledge or consent;
f. Deleting, tampering with or revising any material posted by any other person or entity;
g. Accessing, tampering with or using non-public areas of the Service or any of Ironfire's or related website, computer systems or network;
h. Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures;
i. Attempting to access or search the Service or any of Ironfire's or related network or website with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search engine provided by Ironfire or other generally available third party web br...
Internet Policy. CTRL Collective makes no representations whatsoever as to the security of the internet, wired or wireless telecommunications systems, or hosting services provided as part of the Services, or of any data or communications system or any information that you send through or place on it, and you have no expectation of privacy with respect to such systems. CTRL Collective is not responsible for any loss of data, information, business, goodwill or otherwise as a result of such interruptions. You are responsible to protect your own computers, devices and data, information, business and goodwill from damage or interference, including but not limited to viruses or malware. You agree to abide by the terms of CTRL Collective’s Internet and Privacy Policy (the “Internet Policy”), available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or upon request. CTRL Collective may amend or change the terms of the Internet Policy at any time. If CTRL Collective suspects you have violated the Internet Policy, CTRL Collective will investigate and may institute legal action, immediately deactivate Services to any account without prior notice to you, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in bringing legal proceedings against violators, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with CTRL Collective in all such actions. You agree to indemnify CTRL Collective for any damages to the CTRL Collective infrastructure or business caused by your violation of the Internet Policy.

ii. What happens if you are effected by the Fair Usage Policy If you are effected, the Owner will contact you by email to let you know that your usage at peak hours is excessive. After this if your usage is still excessive you will be contacted for a second time. Should excessive download continue for a third time you will be notified that the Owner is reducing you speed capability.
