Pulse data Sample Clauses

The "Pulse data" clause defines the handling, collection, and use of data generated by or related to a system's pulse or heartbeat functionality. Typically, this clause outlines what types of pulse data are collected, how they are stored, and who has access to them, such as monitoring system uptime or performance metrics. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and set boundaries regarding the use and protection of sensitive operational data, thereby addressing privacy concerns and clarifying data ownership.
