SHORT TURNAROUND Sample Clauses

The Short Turnaround clause sets a specific, often brief, timeframe within which a party must complete a task, respond to a request, or fulfill an obligation. For example, it may require delivery of goods within 24 hours of order receipt or mandate that feedback on a draft document be provided within two business days. This clause is designed to expedite processes and ensure that critical actions are taken promptly, thereby minimizing delays and keeping projects or transactions on schedule.
