Specific Qualifications. Qualifications required for any position classified in Appendix 1A to this Agreement will be specified in the job description for that position. These qualifications may be essential or desirable requirements for the position. In the event of failure by an employee to produce to Utilities Management formal evidence of such qualifications, Utilities Management may deem that the employee does not hold the qualifications required.
Specific Qualifications. 3.2.4.1. Contractor personnel assigned to CM shall have knowledge and experience in the planning and management of functional, allocated, and product baseline configurations for hardware and software IAW military and industrial guidance (e.g. MIL-HDBK-61A, EIA-649, EIA 649-1), including configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and auditing.

Contractor personnel assigned to Environmental Engineering Support shall have knowledge and experience in Environmental Engineering to support acquisition and sustainment of the fielded WS and depot support compliance with applicable AF environmental programs IAW AFPD 32- 70, including: • Hazardous materials management • Environmental design and risk management • Pollution prevention • Compliance with: o NEPA o Executive Order 12114 o Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
Specific Qualifications. In addition to the general standards established in Section D, above, the following specific qualifications shall be honored.
A. Unit members currently assigned to support staff positions may be deemed qualified to hold any support staff position(s) for which they have work experience in the district as well as for other positions within the same classification(s) provided they hold the required certificate/license, if any, and provided they have received the reasonably necessary formal training, if any, for the position(s) in question.
1. The Food Service Classification shall consist of the food service person- in-charge, cook, food service worker and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s food service operations.
2. The Custodial Classification shall consist of the custodian, groundskeeper, messenger, and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s custodial operations.
3. The Bus Driver Classification shall consist of the bus aide, bus driver and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s busing operations.
4. The Mechanic Classification shall consist of the mechanic and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s mechanical operations.
5. The Maintenance Classification shall consist of maintenance and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s maintenance operations.
6. The Secretarial/Clerical Classification shall consist of the secretaries, clerical support and all other bargaining unit positions directly and substantially related to the district’s secretarial and/or clerical operations.
7. The Educational Aide Classification shall consist of regular and special education paraprofessionals and MAAP Monitors.
8. The Lifeguard Classification shall consist of lifeguards.
B. Unit members currently serving in certificated staff positions shall be deemed to be qualified for any certificated staff position for which they hold valid and current Ohio Department of Education teaching certification.

Specific Qualifications. 5.3.12.1. Contractor personnel assigned to WSA shall have knowledge and experience in: • RAM calculation/estimation, design, test, verification, and validation activities throughout the acquisition life cycle, including RAM requirements development, RAM program planning, and development of reliability growth models to ensure designs meet system requirements (including both hardware and software reliability) • Design for Reliability techniques including: o Statistical reliability methods/calculations o Maintenance/sustainment Engineering principles o Risk assessment/mitigation strategies o Reliability block diagrams o Reliability analysis reports o Reliability predictions o Service life estimations o Aging/surveillance o Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) o Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) process o Familiarity with reliability growth software tools

Contractor personnel assigned to System Safety Support shall have knowledge and experience in: • Defining system safety program requirements and ensuring the planning, implementation, and accomplishment of systems safety tasks and activities consistent with overall program requirements • Independent application of judgment pertaining to professional methods and techniques of well-developed electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical armament systems, guidance and control systems, weapons fuzing, suspension and release equipment, and related test equipment • Design requirements and hazards analysis • Training or experience in conducting safety assessments to determine hazard/cause/effects in complex DoD WSs • Interpretation of requirements, specifications, and standards as they pertain to systems safety and test, operational, and logistics requirements • Participation in test, flight, and operational readiness activities • Accomplishment or review of systems safety analyses within the context of system design trade-offs • Monitoring safety-significant system configuration control activities/ changes • Acquisition documentation as it pertains to systems safety, including SEPs, System Safety Program Plans, Systems Safety Analyses, HTSs, PESHEs, etc.

Contractor personnel assigned to the DMO shall have knowledge and experience in: • Identifying, planning, resourcing, and implementing management actions to develop and acquire information to operate, install, maintain, and train on equipment to maximize its effectiveness and availability • Effectively cataloging and acquiring spare/repair parts, support equip, and all classes of supply • Defining the configuration baseline of a system (hardware and software)

Contractor personnel assigned to Modeling and Simulation Support shall have knowledge and experience in: • Developing relevant models and constraints to run complex WS performance models, including dynamic, structural, thermal, flight, NC3, safety, failure, or other analyses • Supporting and conducting simulation studies (e.g. system and component performance, Engineering trade-offs, and system effectiveness) • Reviewing modeling work for compliance with regulations and best practices • Developing and maintaining modeling best practices • Analyzing complex problems • Reviewing and supporting work to develop appropriate models to solve complex WS issues
