Student Performance Measures Clause Samples

The Student Performance Measures clause defines the standards and criteria used to evaluate student achievement and progress within an educational program or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific benchmarks, assessment methods, or grading systems that will be used to measure whether students are meeting learning objectives. By clearly establishing how student performance will be assessed, the clause ensures transparency and consistency in evaluation, helping both educators and students understand expectations and outcomes.
Student Performance Measures. Miami-Dade County Public Schools and the United Teachers of Dade agree to explore a co-developed alternative student performance measure via a pilot program during the 2020-2021 school year. Any selected pilot program would occur simultaneously with the current student performance measure model. The current model would be utilized for teacherssummative evaluations. Any adopted alternative student performance measure pilot program must not result in expenditures (other than staffing), increased testing, or additional disruption to the direct instruction of students. Grant funds awarded to M-DCPS for this purpose after ratification may be expended on this project.
Student Performance Measures. For classroom teachers, state approved assessments will be used for the required student growth measure component. Student learning objectives (SLO) will be used for teachers of subjects where there is no state assessment. Student Learning Objectives ("SLOs"). SLOs will be developed collaboratively between principals and an individual teacher, or groups of teachers to the extent practicable, although the District retains the right to make all final decisions regarding SLO targets. The growth measures to be used during the 2016-2017 school year are attached as Exhibit B. The District and the HCTA will meet to discuss the growth measures to be used after the 2016-2017 school year. During the transition period as defined in State Law and Commissioners Regulations pursuant to Education Law 3012-d, the state 3-8 ELA and math assessments, including growth measures based on these assessments, shall be excluded from the scores and ratings and will be provided for advisory purposes only. Students who are not proficient in English will be provided with assessments in all subjects (except English) in the students’ dominant languages. If an assessment is in the student’s dominant language is not available from the vendor, that fact may form the basis for an appeal based on an anomaly. Students will receive testing accommodations and modifications as required for students with disabilities for ELL students or both. Standardized testing administration conditions and procedures will be followed when assessing students. Benchmark tests for all students enrolled will be completed no later than September 30 of each school year. Students who are enrolled after September 30 will be assessed within two weeks of enrollment. In appropriate cases students who are enrolled after BEDS forms have been completed will be included in the teachers’ APPR cohort with adjusted targets. Initial and final assessments will be aligned. “RIT” scores will not be used for the NWEA-only growth scores will be used for the APPR.The APPR Committee will be charged with identifying and recommending additional specific measurements of student performance, timelines for the collection of student performance data, and how student achievement data will be weighted and adjusted to account for differences in student populations. Student Performance Measures. 50% is based on student growth on State assessments or other comparable measures of student growth. Measures include the State-provided Growth Score on State Assessments or Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) using either State/Regents assessments or state-approved district assessments. (During the 2015-16 through 2018-19 school years, measures based entirely (or in part, at district/BOCES discretion) on the grades 3-8 ELA and Math State assessments or any State-provided growth scores must be excluded from the calculation of transition scores and ratings.)

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Measures The System Agency will monitor the Grantee’s performance of the requirements in Attachment A and compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.

  • Performance Metrics The Influencer shall aim for a minimum engagement rate of [SPECIFY PERCENTAGE, e.g., 3%] on all posts associated with the Campaign. Engagement rate is calculated as the sum of likes, comments, shares, and other interactions divided by the total number of followers at the time of posting. The Influencer agrees to achieve a minimum reach of [SPECIFY NUMBER] unique viewers per post, or a cumulative reach of [SPECIFY NUMBER] across the Campaign. Impressions data will be provided through the Influencer’s analytics tools and verified by the Company when requested. For posts incorporating a call-to-action, such as links to the Company’s website or landing page, the Influencer will target a CTR of at least [SPECIFY PERCENTAGE, e.g., 2%]. CTR is measured as the ratio of clicks to impressions, based on data from tracking links provided by the Company. The Influencer may be expected to drive specific actions (e.g., sales, sign-ups, downloads) using unique tracking codes or referral links. Specific conversion targets will be detailed between the Parties. The Influencer shall submit performance reports on a [WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY/MONTHLY] basis. These reports must include detailed metrics for each published post, such as: number of likes, comments, shares, and other engagement interactions; reach and impressions per post; click-through data and referral link activity; and conversion data (if applicable). Within [NUMBER] days following the end of the Campaign, the Influencer shall provide a comprehensive post-campaign report summarizing overall performance against all agreed KPIs, including supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, analytics dashboard exports). The Influencer agrees to provide access to analytics platforms or third-party verification tools to authenticate the reported data, if requested by the Company. The Parties agree to conduct a review of the performance metrics within the first [NUMBER] days of the Campaign to ensure the targets remain realistic and reflective of current market conditions. Adjustments may be made in writing if necessary. If the Influencer consistently fails to meet the established KPIs without valid justification, the Parties shall meet in good faith to discuss potential remedies, which may include adjustments to the compensation structure or additional promotional support, as mutually agreed upon. The Company may specify certain analytics tools or platforms for measuring and reporting performance metrics. The Influencer shall utilize these specified tools where applicable to ensure consistency and transparency in data reporting. In instances where independent verification of performance data is required, the Influencer agrees to cooperate with third-party verification services designated by the Company to validate the metrics reported.
