Technical Experience a) Teachers who have attended technical classes within five (5) years of their initial employment shall be granted professional advancement credit for such courses according to the rules stated in Section III H 2 f (1)(b). b) The applicant should be prepared to supply proof of such experience as reported on his/her application for work experience credit.

Technical Experience. 1. Technical experience is defined as prior work experience that is directly related to the faculty member's primary teaching assignment or related fields. 2. No technical experience will be credited for rank qualification purposes at the Associate Professor level and above if the faculty member has been inactive in the technical field for a period of five (5) or more years immediately preceding his/her date of employment at the College.

Technical Experience. Evaluation of this factor shall focus on the strengths, deficiencies, and weaknesses of the proposal. Evaluation of risk associated with the offeror’s proposal for this factor is inherent in the evaluation. Note: if an offeror’s proposal demonstrates a material failure to meet a Government requirement, it is a deficiency in the offeror’s proposal. When evaluating this factor, the Government will consider the following standards and will assign a rating and color as indicated in Table M.1 below. Offerors are reminded that the burden of providing sufficient data rest with the offerors.

Technical Experience. The Government will evaluate the offeror’s experience submission to determine how similar and relevant the tasks that it performed on previous contracts are to the task areas listed below. Experience in Department of Defense, and OSD(A&S) is preferred. The Government will only consider submitted experience that is from specific contracts referenced in the offeror’s submission. The Government will only consider experience from contracts that have ended no more than three (3) years prior to release of this solicitation and the experience must include at least three (3)

Technical Experience. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s list of relevant and recent projects that involve migrating a system from one location to another and migrating from physical to a virtual environment. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s list of relevant and recent projects that demonstrate an understanding of energy engineering with data analysis and demonstrate their ability to understand, translate, and execute DoD, Department of the Army (DoA), and Federal energy laws, policies, and regulations. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s list of relevant and recent projects that demonstrate an understanding and experience maintain the cybersecurity of systems in accordance with DoD, DoA, and Federal cybersecurity laws, policies, and regulations. The Government will evaluate Offeror’s: Element 1 - The Government will evaluate Offeror’s proposed plan to implement OSIsoft PI System as provided by the Government and maintain the license for the Government. Element 2 - The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s plan to maintain the RMF authorization Element 3 - The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s plan to migrate the MDMS enterprise environment from Defense Information Systems Agency – Oklahoma City to a Commercial Cloud Vendor. Element 4 - The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s plan to implement a system engineering process to reduce system sustainment costs and system complexity and support the objective of the sample task order. Element 5 - The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s plan to implement and Sustain System Engineering and Quality Control Processes Element 6 - The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s plan to conduct energy engineering throughout MDMS.

Technical Experience. Documented experience of water operations including NRW Reduction experience. Respondents should state the key attributes and qualifications that equip them to undertake successful project and long-term contracts. Respondents should describe contracts of similar size and scope that they have successfully completed. For each such contract, respondents should provide contact details and beginning and ending dates. Also, Respondent should have evidence for his experience in Risk/Gain Sharing/Alliance Contracts this include experience with, and ideas on, sharing the risks and rewards associated with the long-term contracts.

Documentary evidence shall be furnished along with the bid. Documentary evidence should be submitted in the form of copies of relevant work orders/ contract agreements/ purchase orders/LOAs/▇▇▇▇ along with copies of any document in respect of satisfactory execution/ completion of each of those purchase orders/ work orders/contract agreements/LOAs/▇▇▇▇ such as (i) Successful* completion certificate/s • Cumulative work orders valued not less than 201.01 Lakhs. (OR) “Similar Work” means Bidder must have Manufactured or Supplied or Completed Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning work or completed work as EPC contractor or completed work as/under ESCO project work for Demand and Supply Side Management System/Intelligent Flow Controller (IFC)/ Compressed Air System. The work “executed” mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/ closed. However, the work executed /completed must include “Similar work” as above. In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed as on the originally scheduled date of bid opening (i.e., date of bid opening as per NIT) as certified by the Client shall be considered. However, the work executed must include “Similar work” as above.
