ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. 3 6.1 In addition to providing the services described in Paragraph 5 of 4 this Exhibit A, CONTRACTOR agrees to:

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. A. To the extent Contractor is a mandated reporter of suspected child and/or dependent adult abuse and neglect, it shall ensure that its employees, agents, volunteers, subcontractors, and independent contractors are made aware of, understand, and comply with all reporting requirements. Contractor shall immediately notify County of any incident or condition resulting in injury, harm, or risk of harm to any child or dependent adult served under this Contract.
B. Contractor will immediately notify County of any active complaints, lawsuits, licensing or regulatory investigations, reports of fraud or malfeasance, or criminal investigations regarding its operations. Contractor agrees to work cooperatively with County in response to any investigation commenced by County with regard to this Contract or the clients served herein, including providing any/all records requested by County related thereto.
C. Contractor shall employ reasonable background check procedures on all employees, prospective employees, volunteers and consultants performing work involving direct contact with minor children or dependent adults under this Contract, including fingerprinting and criminal records checks, sexual offender registry checks, and reference checks, including both personal and professional references.

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. 24 5.1 In addition to providing the services described in Paragraph 2.3 25 of this Exhibit A, CONTRACTOR agrees to:
26 5.1.1 Provide ADMINISTRATOR a detailed marketing plan for each 27 contracted service, and revise, if necessary, as requested by ADMINISTRATOR;
28 5.1.2 Actively engage the community including local residents, 1 faith-based groups, businesses, public and private organizations, civic 2 groups, and others in the planning and implementation of services that promote 3 the well-being, safety, and permanency of children, families and communities.
4 5.1.3 Be community-based and maximize opportunities to provide 5 integrated, coordinated and easily accessible resources for families that 6 assure the successful linkage of program participants with needed services.
7 5.1.4 Affirm families’ cultural, ethnic, and linguistic 8 identities and enhance their ability to function in a multicultural society.
9 5.1.5 Be outcome driven and identify indicators that accurately 10 reflect progress towards stated goal(s).
11 5.1.6 Employ program strategies based on principles that have 12 been demonstrated to be effective with the target population to be served.
13 5.1.7 Identify and address family and child abuse issues in the 14 community with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and permanency.
15 5.1.8 Identify and address substance abuse problems, including 16 prevention and access to intervention strategies.
17 5.1.9 Demonstrate the ability, now and in the future, to 18 integrate multiple public, private, and collaborative partner funding sources.
19 5.2 CONTRACTOR shall develop and maintain a fiovernance Structure 20 document outlining resource sharing, accountability, decision-making 21 strategies, and a conflict resolution plan. The fiovernance Structure shall 22 include, but not be limited to, the addition and/or deletion of any partner 23 agency, change of designated fiscal agent, ongoing community input and 24 involvement, principles of collaboration, and voting quorum (including what 25 constitutes a quorum).
26 5.3 CONTRACTOR's FRC Coordinator shall participate in meetings, to be 27 held not more than once per month, of all FaCT FRC Program Coordinators for 28 the purpose of information sharing, joint problem solving, identification of 1 Best Practices, development of common approaches to case management and 2 intake, training, and other related matters. ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. 27.1 Contractor shall be responsible for the entire performance under this Contract, regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs.
27.2 The Contractor represents and warrants the following to the Owner (in addition to the other representations and warranties contained in the Contract Documents) as an inducement to the Owner to execute the Contract Documents, which representations and warranties shall survived the execution and delivery of the Contract Documents and the final completion of the Work;
27.2.1 That it is financially solvent, able to pay its debts as they mature and possesses sufficient working capital to complete the Work and perform its obligations under the Contract Documents;
27.2.2 That it, through its Subcontractors or otherwise, is able to furnish the plant, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and labor required to complete the Work and perform its obligations hereunder and has sufficient experience and competence to do so;
27.2.3 That it is authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located and properly licensed by all necessary governmental and public and quasi-public authorities having jurisdiction over it and over the Work and the Site of the Project;
27.2.4 That its execution of the Contract Documents and its performance thereof have been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action; and
27.2.5 That its duly authorized representative has visited the Site of the Work, familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed and correlated his observations with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
27.3 Contractor shall be the sole point of contact concerning the management of this Contract, including performance and payment issues.
27.4 Contractor shall be solely and completely responsible for adherence by the Contractor Parties to all applicable provisions of this Contract.
27.5 The Contractor will submit a resume for the proposed Project Superintendent and all other pertinent information required to obtain the University’s written approval of the Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will be approved by the University and will be on the Site whenever scheduled or significant work is being performed. The Contractor will not change the Project Superintendent without the written consent of the University. The Project Superintendent will attend all scheduled project meetings. ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. On a monthly basis, CONTRACTOR shall allocate funds to provide PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS with housing to include rent, utilities, transportation, purchase of food for meals and snacks, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, clothing, telephone, and other necessities. Personal Needs CONTRACTOR shall: Provide initial supplies for personal care items, including, but not limited to, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, hair care items, and hygienic supplies. CONTRACTOR shall inform PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS that subsequent purchases of personal care items are the responsibility of the PROGRAM PARTICIPANT. Personal items shall be the property of each PROGRAM PARTICIPANT and shall be retained by PROGRAM PARTICIPANT upon exiting the program. Provide initial supply of clean towels, mattress pads, pillows, sheets, and blankets. Provide a secure, separate storage area for personal items for each PROGRAM PARTICIPANT. Absence CONTRACTOR shall: Notify ADMINISTRATOR if PROGRAM PARTICIPANT has an unauthorized absence as defined in Subparagraph 2.19 of this Attachment. Consult with the CFS Liaison, ASW, or DPO if a PROGRAM PARTICIPANT’s whereabouts are unknown and reasonable suspicion exists that PROGRAM PARTICIPANT is a victim of harm or foul play, or has competency issues.
