CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY a. Contractor must be available to respond to telephone, videophone, and email inquiries during State business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) within two (2) business days.
b. Fax, instant messaging, and other modes of communication may be used as the Contractor’s additional option(s), but cannot be substituted for telephone, videophone, and email responses.
c. During the State business hours, the Contractor must respond to all Service Requests, complete or incomplete by the end of that business day.
d. If a Contractor is not open during evening and weekends, the Contractor must have an outgoing answering message and/or service that indicates the Contractor’s regular service hours and response time, as well as an electronic away message (e.g. Outlook “Out of Office” reply) for all emails received after regular business hours.
e. During Contractor’s vacation and holidays, Contractor must have an answering message and/or service that indicates return time, when the Contractor will respond to requests, and refers Purchasers to the Master Contract website, which provides a list of Awarded Interpreters.
f. If the Contractor temporarily ceases business operations, this must be indicated on the Contractors outgoing telephone message and email auto-reply message. In addition, the message must also refer Purchasers to the Master Contract list of Awarded Interpreters.
CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. Contractor Location Contractors must maintain an address and reside in the State of Washington. Communication The Contractor must be available to respond to each request before the close of the business day they were submitted on. Responding to requests is managed through ODHH online portal. The Contractor shall acknowledge, accept, and deny requests using their computer and or portable device. The Contractor must respond to inquiries via email or phone from Authorized Requestor within two (2) business days. Contractors are required to confirm availability/non-availability immediately through email or calls directly with the authorized Requestor Contractors must be prepared to provide such emergency Interpreting services as requested, including reasonable travel time. Prior to the emergency appointment, the Contractor must have an actual online request form, either self-entered, or entered by the Requestor. Contractors must provide separate communications protocol from their other business contact information for emergencies. Contractors will only accept requests to work solo for Appointments that are 90 minutes or less. Any appointment longer than 90 minutes requires a team. The Authorized Requestor is required to coordinate a team of two (2) or more Interpreters for Appointments longer than 90 minutes. Team coordination must be handled though a qualified interpreter referral and/or booking agency or another Independent Contractor. CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. Contractor or Contractor’s authorized agent shall be available at Contractor’s sole expense for up to [insert number of required visits – if no number is specified the default number shall be 4] visits to San Francisco to ensure the proper installation and operation of the Artwork. CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. The Contractor shall provide a local telephone number, which is not a toll call from Seminole County, where he/she or the designated representative may be reached during normal duty hours. CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. At all times when urinalysis testing is performed, Contractor will have male and female staff members observe and collect urinalysis tests from clients who are referred from the Blaine County Probation Department. Contractor will provide same gender urinalysis testing to referred clients/ Contractor will provide the Blaine County Probation Department with all urinalysis testing results and associated information through enabling access with the Averhealth’s Aversys web-based platform. Contractor will be responsive to questions and requests from the Blaine County Probation Department, and shall allow Blaine County Probation Department access of its facility to insure compliance with this agreement.
