Dissemination Objectives Clause Samples

The Dissemination Objectives clause defines the specific goals and intended outcomes for sharing information, data, or results generated under an agreement or project. It typically outlines what types of information are to be disseminated, the target audiences, and the methods or channels to be used, such as publications, presentations, or digital platforms. By clearly establishing these objectives, the clause ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of how and why information will be shared, promoting transparency and maximizing the impact of the work.
Dissemination Objectives. Share the project’s achievements and good practices, in accordance with the principles of FAIR data through online and traditional multiplier and networking events; Ensure a position for the 4EU+ as an important stakeholder on the Higher Education scene; Strengthen the cooperation with the Associated Partners and regional stakeholders, by addressing fundamental societal challenges; Promote the project’s outputs, results, and added value to relevant stakeholders (other alliances HEI, NGOs, policymakers, local and governmental institutions, academic communities).
Dissemination Objectives. The first aspect that shall guide the planning of dissemination activities is their temporal distribution along the timeframe of the project. Certain dissemination activities will have a continuous scope, being available at any time (for instance, the project’s website). Other activities will be undertaken only for short periods of time and usually associated with specific project milestones or external events. Since the information generated by the project members will increase (in quantity and quality) as the project advances, the amount of effort and the expected results should be scaled up along the timeframe of the project. As a general strategy, the effort and resources will follow certain phases: • In the early phase of the project, the goal is to promote basic public awareness of the project’s existence, goals and beta prototype testing activities. • In intermediary stages, people already aware of the project may require updates. This will be achieved with the intermediate prototype and testing results of the second development phase of the PULSAR project. • In the final phase, the main goal is to publicise the results of the project, and prepare the academic and industrial communities for the next phase, post PULSAR. In terms of external outreach, a variety of methods will be used during the life time of PULSAR.
Dissemination Objectives. The main aim of the dissemination strategy is a dissemination and exploitation of knowledge amongst the project consortium and knowledge transfer to the interested and relevant stakeholders and citizens. The definition of the goals and purposes of the dissemination activities are essentially related to the engagement and involvement of the relevant stakeholders and to the communication of project results. STORM CLOUDS’ dissemination plan is based upon completion of the following objectives:  Internal communication, to provide members of the consortium the necessary messages and appropriate dissemination tactics to easily portray the project’s purpose, aims and benefits and to implement the dissemination plan. Creating a strong internal project understanding of how the dissemination activities listed in this deliverable can be used to support overall project STORM CLOUDS Description of Work objectives. Internal communication will itself be conducted via email, through the platform and the activities will consist in teleconferences, face-to-face meetings and workshops.  External Awareness and demonstration, creating a set of activities for general and specialised audiences to provide information about the project, engaging stakeholders (at both local and Pan-European levels). These will be developed according to the level of dissemination from simple activities, from engagement activities at the community’s level to specialised workshops, conferences and events to a more expert audience. Generating positive media coverage at local, national, European and Pan-European levels, is an essential element for this goal, as well as the creation of digital material provided in the website, blogs and social network.  Education, the goal is to educate the target audience about the project work and results. Creating collaboration synergies with related projects in order to create a valuable network to be used for joint-dissemination purposes and test interoperability  Dissemination for action by underlining the changes proposed by the project work and stimulating its implementation by engaging the audience with influence power to bring real changes. STORM CLOUDS is a technology-driven project that revolves around co-creation methods focused on users, to present solutions following a user-centric approach to innovation. This high level of user involvement at such an early stage will be a positive factor in the eventual take up and sustainability of the cloud-based po...

This is not necessary yet, as the project has only started recently and the success criteria are based on the total running time of 3 years. The number of newsletter registrations has already surpassed the success criterion. Furthermore, it can already be seen that:  Newsletter registrations: 106% of 3-year target  Website visits per month: 5,3% of 3-year target  Twitter followers: 38% of 3-year target  Facebook: 26% of 3-year target
