Eligibility and Contributions Sample Clauses

The 'Eligibility and Contributions' clause defines who is permitted to participate in a plan, program, or agreement and outlines the rules for making contributions. It typically specifies criteria such as age, employment status, or length of service that determine eligibility, and details the types, amounts, and timing of contributions required from participants or employers.
