ELIGIBLE TASKS AND DELIVERABLES Clause Samples

The "Eligible Tasks and Deliverables" clause defines which specific tasks and outputs are covered under the agreement. It typically lists or references the types of work, services, or products that the contractor or service provider is authorized to perform or deliver, such as reports, software modules, or consulting hours. By clearly outlining what is included, this clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the scope of work, thereby preventing disputes over what is required or expected.
