Field Inspection. On completion of construction, Landlord and Tenant shall conduct an inspection of the improvements to identify whether there are any incomplete items or other deficiencies. A punch list of such deficiencies shall be prepared. Tenant shall make all corrections within no more than fifteen (15) days thereafter.
Field Inspection. Execution of the Agreement by Contractor is a representation to HFC that Contractor has visited and inspected each Parking Facility, inspected the Units, become familiar with the conditions under which the Services are to be performed, and correlated personal observations with the requirements of the Agreement.

Field Inspector(s) shall be able to interact professionally with City personnel, contractors, engineers, property owners, business owners, and the public at large; coordinate with other City personnel; promote quality customer service; and respond promptly and courteously to requests. Field Inspector(s) shall be able to follow verbal and written instructions, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Under the direction of the Construction Manager, Field Inspector(s) will assume the following functional responsibilities and shall possess experience in all of these areas: a. Provide continuous inspection of the Work of the Contractor at the site when being performed. Provide inspection of Work at off-site locations when required to ensure compliance with Construction Contract requirements. Observe the work of the Contractor for compliance with the Contract Documents and review testing and inspection reports. b. Field Inspection. 12.1.4.1 Design Team Visits: Consultant will coordinate periodic visits to the site by the design team Project Manager or design engineer to review progress and quality of the work. The visits shall observe the general quality of the work at the time of the visit and review any specific items of work that are brought to the attention of the design team members by the Contractor or the City.
Field Inspection. The field inspection shall include a survey by two environmental specialists to delineate waterway and wetland resources during the active growing season. This task also includes four hours of preparation and mobilization for field work and field work is anticipated to be completed in one 8-hour day. Field Inspection. OWNER has the right to inspect, either through its personnel or International Independent Inspection Agency, all field works provided , however, that in exercising its rights the OWNER shall not cause undue delay or inconvenience to the CONTRACTOR in the execution of the WORKS. Inspection by the OWNER shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR from any of his responsibility regarding the good execution of the WORKS. OWNER shall be given notice of any tests to be made in the field in order that OWNER may witness any such tests and checks that the procedure and the verification are in accordance with applied standards. OWNER failure to inspect any work or to object thereto at the time of the inspection shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR of any of his responsibilities. The OWNER inspectors will have the right to require CONTRACTOR to execute additional tests in respect to those already foreseen, provided these tests are within the limits established by the applicable code and standard.
