USE OF COMPANY FACILITIES. .01 The Union may use the Company mailboxes/mail folders to communicate with its members, with a copy provided to the Company. Company email may be used to distribute communications such as newsletters and updates.
.02 In the case where an Employee directs internal emails to a local officer of the Union, the local officer may respond using the internal email system. Use of the email system is subject to the Company’s Computer Use and Internet Policy.
.03 Upon request, a duly accredited Representative of the Union shall be permitted access to the Company’s premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by the Company.

10.01 Employees and the Union are prohibited from using CSC computers or CSC email services for union business. The Union and Employees may use Company mailboxes/mail folders/employee email account (@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) for union business.

If a Company controlled facility is not available, the parties agree that an alternative location or video or teleconferencing solutions may be used.

The Company may permit, upon advance request, the Union to use, during non- business hours, without charge, conference rooms that may be available at the Company’s various operational offices for the purpose of proper business activities directly related to the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.

USE OF COMPANY FACILITIES. From the Closing Date until ninety (90) days thereafter (the "Use Period"), without further consideration other than what is explicitly provided for in this Agreement, the Company shall provide Buyer and its Affiliates and representatives with access to and use of the Company Real Property for the operation of the Business in a manner consistent with past practice of the Company for the twelve months prior to the date hereof and as Buyer may from time to time reasonably request. All Transition Services shall be performed by the Transitional Employees on Company Real Property, unless Buyer has specifically consented otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to vacate the Company Real Property prior to expiration of the Use Period. During the Use Period, Buyer shall pay for the reasonable, ordinary course expenses for utilities and maintenance incurred in connection with the Buyer's use of the Company Real Property (collectively, the "Use Expenses"); provided, that the Use Expenses shall not exceed $20,000 in any month.

8.03 Notwithstanding any agreement that might be reached in consultation regarding the use of electronic bulletin boards, the Company shall designate at each location a bulletin board(s) in a suitable place(s) on its premises for the posting of Union material regarding meetings, elections, negotiations, Union policies and positions, and internal affairs of the Union. Posting of notices or other materials require the prior approval of the Company. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. These notices may be sent to locations as listed in the NCJC Isolated Post Program to be received on the Company’s facsimile where other forms of communication are not readily available to the Union.
8.04 The Company will also continue its present practice of making available to the Union specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Union.

You agree that you will not use any such assets or resources or services to which you have access for any other purpose. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of all company property (including data entrusted to you) during your employment. Access to the Internet is granted to all employees with an appropriate business need. You will be required to adhere to the Company Policy with regard to the use of the IT equipment and systems to which you are given access. Subsequent failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action.

The Employee will be required to adhere to the Iron Mountain Inc. policy with regard to the use of the IT equipment and systems to which he is given access. Subsequent failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action.

By signing this contract you consent to the Company monitoring and recording any use that you may make of the Company's electronic communications (including email and internet) system for the purpose of ensuring that the Company's rules are being complied with and for legitimate business purposes.
