Work Level Standards. 18.2.1 Employees will be graded in one of nine salary bands in accordance with the Work Level Standards applying to each classification.

Each level will have 5 Salary Points, spaced by equal percentages. NB The new structure excludes Clerk 11/12, Librarian Grades 4 & 5 and Senior Officers The draft Work Level Standards as presented by TAFE NSW as part of consultation have five factors that describe the value of work at each level. These factors are: • Accountability • Task complexity • Skill and knowledge • Breadth • Context The parties have agreed to use Mercer to undertake a review of the draft Work Level Standards, consult with the parties and make a recommendation to be considered for the final agreement. The Work Level Standards will form part of the Enterprise Agreement.
Work Level Standards. 59.1 ILC Work Level Standards describes the platform for classifying positions consistently across the ILC Levels, Executive Level (EL) and Legal classification structures to achieve the following: a) provide a comprehensive set of standards for each classification level; b) reflect the ILC's unique operating environment; c) emphasise the need for employees in the ILC to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of, and sensitivity to, Aboriginal and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islander cultures and protocols; d) form the basis for determining work value; e) support ILC's classification structure; f) assist employees and managers in identifying development needs; and g) support the progression of employees.
Work Level Standards. 24.1 IBA will develop work level standards during the life of this Agreement. Until such time as they are developed, the APS Work Level Standards will be adopted as the IBA Work Level Standards.
Work Level Standards. Positions will be classified in accordance with: ⮚ The GBRMPA specific classification standards for the classification structure; and ⮚ The GBRMPA Guidelines for Position Variation and Organisational Structural Change, as varied from time-to-time. 63. Positions may be classified across two APS classification levels as follows: APS Level 1/APS Level 2 (locally designated GBRMPA Broadband 1) APS Level 3/APS Level 4 (locally designated GBRMPA Broadband 2) APS Level 5/APS Level 6 (locally designated GBRMPA Broadband 3) Not all positions will be broadbanded. The Chair (delegate) shall determine whether a broadband applies.
Work Level Standards. 23.1 The Work Level Standards prescribed by this Agreement or other alternative agreed by the parties shall determine the classification level for the work performed by employees covered by this Agreement. 23.2 All employees must have the necessary skills, competence, and/or mandatory qualifications having regard to the relevant position description (duty/role statement and selection criteria) for the task(s)/job to be undertaken 23.3 Where a position requires specific qualifications or endorsement, the successful applicant must meet these requirements. CASA will consult with the parties to this Agreement where it proposes to change those specific qualifications or endorsement(s)

Related to Work Level Standards

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Design Criteria and Standards All Projects/Services shall be performed in accordance with instructions, criteria and standards set forth by the Director.

  • REFERENCE STANDARDS Reference to the standards of any technical society, organization, or association, or to codes of local or state authorities, shall mean the latest standard, code, specification, or tentative standard adopted and published as of the date of execution of the Construction Agreement, unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.
