Work Train Service Sample Clauses
The Work Train Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which specialized train services are provided for construction, maintenance, or other work-related activities on a rail network. Typically, this clause outlines the scheduling, operational requirements, and responsibilities of both the service provider and the client, such as ensuring safety protocols are followed and specifying the types of work trains to be used.
