The 'Further Guidance' clause provides a mechanism for one party to request additional instructions or clarifications regarding the interpretation or implementation of the agreement. In practice, this clause allows parties to seek written guidance from the other party or a designated authority if they encounter ambiguity or uncertainty in fulfilling their obligations. Its core function is to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings by offering a formal process for resolving questions that arise during the course of the contract.

The following is recommended: Schools in England (and Wales) are required “to ensure children are safe from terrorist and extremist material when accessing the internet in school, including by establishing appropriate levels of filtering" (Revised Prevent Duty Guidance: for England and Wales, 2015).
