The Company and the Association reiterate their commitment to the consultation process and to the need to find alternate means to resolve or discuss issues that may arise between the parties going forward. The parties recognize that it is essential to meet on a regular basis to discuss the application of the collective agreement, issues raised during negotiations and any other topics which either party may wish to address during consultative meetings. The parties agree that a consultative meeting shall take place every quarter at a mutually agreed upon date. The intent shall be to meet at least once per quarter for the duration of the collective agreement. The parties shall make every effort to have the necessary resources available at these consultative meetings to encourage an open, honest and constructive dialogue on the issues presented.
