Differentiated Pay. Differentiated pay shall be provided for both instructional personnel administrators based on district determined factors, including, but not limited to, additional responsibilities, school demographics, critical shortage areas and level of job performance difficulties, and which shall be in accord with Section 1012.22, Florida Statutes. 1. Differentiated pay for additional job responsibilities: See Schedule “F”, attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. Differentiated pay for school demographics: Differentiated pay will be at the rate of $500 for each instructional employee and administrator who is employed at a Title I school where at least ninety percent (90%) of the students qualify for free or reduced lunches. 3. Differentiated pay for critical shortage areas: Differentiated pay in the amount of $500 shall be paid on a one-time basis to each instructional employee and administrator working in a critical shortage area as designated by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ District School Board upon recommendation of the Superintendent. Critical shortage areas will be deemed after three (3) advertisements with no applicants or limited number of applicants (less than three) meeting the minimum qualifications (Florida teaching certificate Temporary or Professional in the subject area). 4. Differentiated pay for level of job performance difficulties: Differentiated pay in the amount of $500 shall be paid on a one-time basis to each instructional employee and administrator working at the alternative school that is required to meet certification requirements in more than one subject area.
Differentiated Pay. Critical Instructional Staff Shortage Areas: Critical instructional staff shortage area for Flagler County School District will be determined by state statute 1012.07 with additional areas being added by the district if necessary. The determination and approval will occur by June for the upcoming school year. New instructional staff recruited into these teaching positions will receive a one-time bonus of $1,000 to be paid upon successful completion of the probationary period.

K-5 Classroom teachers, ESOL teachers, literacy coaches, math coaches, Title 1 Resource Teachers, specialist teachers, ESE teachers, and Speech Language Pathologists who teach in a Title I school shall receive a Differentiated Pay supplement of $420.00. In the event that an additional school is designated as Title I during the term of this Agreement, the parties will reopen negotiations on Article XIX.7.A. B. MBU’s assigned to a school that has earned a grade of “F” or three consecutive grades of “D” shall receive a supplement of $100. This supplement shall remain in effect for one full year beyond the year in which the school makes improvement. C. MBU’s working in a “Critical Shortage Areaas designated by the Board will receive a supplement of up to $500. The areas receiving this supplement and the amounts to be received will be memorialized annually in a Memorandum of Understanding between the Association and the District.

Differentiated Pay. Employees will receive differentiated pay, issued as a supplement and based on annual contract negotiations for assignments in the following areas:
Differentiated Pay. The negotiated differentiated pay amounts will be listed annually in the District’s Salary Schedule. Differentiated pay positions shall be posted electronically at the worksite for a minimum of three (3) days. Interested staff shall apply electronically to the principal/designee. Selection shall be at the discretion of the principal. Differentiated pay positions shall be offered to interested and qualified teachers, then to qualified school staff prior to seeking outside applicants. The principal shall have discretion to determine which differentiated pay positions shall be filled or not filled at the worksite. A list of those persons selected by the principal for differentiated pay positions shall be posted in the faculty lounge within ten (10) days prior to School Board approval.
Differentiated Pay. 21.4.1 A teacher receiving an overall unsatisfactory evaluation or a teacher receiving two consecutive overall needs improvement evaluations shall not receive any salary increase for the succeeding school year. Such teachers shall not be eligible for salary increases until such time as they receive an overall satisfactory evaluation. 21.4.2 A teacher receiving an overall unsatisfactory evaluation or a teacher receiving two consecutive overall needs improvement evaluations shall be eligible for a salary increase in the year following attainment of an overall satisfactory evaluation subject to negotiations between the School District of Hillsborough County and the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association. 21.4.3 A teacher receiving an overall satisfactory evaluation shall be eligible for a salary increase in the year following his/her overall satisfactory evaluation subject to negotiations between the School District of Hillsborough County and the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association. 21.4.4 A teacher demonstrating outstanding teaching performance as determined by qualification for the state and district sponsored Excellent Teaching Program and certification by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) shall be eligible for the financial award specified in state law for each year of valid certification.
Differentiated Pay. The Board’s salary schedules for instructional personnel allow for and provide differentiated pay as required in Florida Statute 1012.22. Differentiated pay is provided as listed below: Academic Supplements listed in Addendum B; Athletic Supplements listed in Addendum B; Supplements to instructional positions identified in Addendum C; Compensation for additional teaching assignment beyond the regular teaching assignment as listed in Addendum A. (These additional teaching assignments include Part-Time Adult Education, Part-Time Homebound Instruction, After-Hour ESE Activities, and After-Hour Instructional Programs); Extended School Year assignments; Alternative School assignment; and, Advanced degrees and/or completion of additional credit hours beyond a degree as shown on Salary Schedule 55.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Differential Pay Section 1( A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.

  • Differential Differential is a salary allowance in addition to the basic rate or schedule based upon additional skills, responsibilities, hours of employment, or distasteful or hazardous work.
