Forms of Collaboration. 3.1 The collaboration among the Parties shall take various forms, as agreed to by the Parties from time to time, subject to their institutional requirements and available resources. The key forms of collaboration envisaged by the Parties are as follows: 3.2 The parties shall exchange information, documentation and publications on matters relating to the prevention and resolution of labour disputes, subject to their respective rules of confidentiality and in such forms and arrangements as may be necessary to safeguard the status of confidential material. 3.3 The Parties shall bilaterally or multilaterally engage in capacity building, awareness raising and training activities on matters relating to the prevention and resolution of labour disputes and shall keep the non-participating Parties informed about the outcomes of the concerned activities. 3.4 For this purpose, the parties shall on regular basis exchange knowledge, good practice, know-how, as well as experts in the relevant subject matters. 3.5 The Parties shall seek to initiate, formulate, and mobilize funds including from domestic sources for joint technical cooperation projects in the area of prevention and resolution of labour disputes with the ILO, the EU or other bilateral or multilateral donors and shall keep each other informed about opportunities of bilateral or multilateral technical cooperation.
Forms of Collaboration. The Parties herein agree that this Agreement shall not exclude the possibility of other forms of cooperation with entities which are not parties to this Agreement.
Forms of Collaboration. (a) Further to the achievement of their common objectives, the Parties intend to consider ways to: (i) share knowledge, ideas and lessons learned; (ii) plan joint activities in areas of common interest; (iii) pool efforts and expertise; (iv) collaborate on the promotion, preparation and organization of workshops/conferences/training seminars; (v) collaborate on the organization and execution of activities; (vi) collaborate on ways to join with other entities which could bring further support to the activities pursued under this Memorandum; (vii) collaborate on the dissemination of activities through publications, seminars, workshops, conferences and other easily accessible means; and (viii) periodically evaluate the effectiveness of working in collaboration, with reference to their respective mandates and priorities; (ix) provide mutual advice on issues related to the activities of both parties; (x) develop and implement joint projects in fields of mutual interest, in particular collaborate in the elaboration and realization of national and international activities cooperation on the social, cultural and political reality of the Mediterranean countries; and (xi) jointly promote knowledge of the socioeconomic reality of the Mediterranean region. (b) The Parties anticipate that each Party will contribute to the activities undertaken pursuant to this Memorandum, in one or more of the following ways: (i) mobilizing its own staff for the pursuit of the objectives of this Memorandum, and paying for related out-of-pocket expenses; (ii) providing facilities for workshops, conferences or training seminars; (iii) providing support to relevant stakeholders; and (iv) such other means as the Parties may agree.
Forms of Collaboration. The two Parties, subject to the regulatory framework and availability of resources of both bodies, will proceed in the following areas: 2.1 Both Parties agree to adopt and promote the IFMA Training and Development Framework (Exhibit A) as a basis for Property and Facility Management industry training. 2.2 Both Parties agree, subject to terms established on a case-by-case basis, to freely share pertinent information that will enhance the knowledge base of the FM and heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning fields. 2.3 Both Parties agree to execute marketing plans that promote mutually agreed to FM and ASHRAE related events.

Cooperation on programs to train research and technical staff and employees, student internships (Professional internship program with companies, for students) and graduate internships (professional Experience Program for Employment), as well as for researchers joining companies. Organization of common activities related to social promotion of research, technological development, innovation and new technologies. Joint organization of scientific-technical and training courses, seminars, conferences and congresses. Exchange of information and documentation on the activities and subjects developed by both lnstitutions, always respecting the interests of third parties and acting pursuant to the provisions established in current legislation. Exchange of staff for a limited time, when the nature of the work so requires it. Joint use of the equipment and technical and instrument resources of both parties, to carry out the activities that require them in those projects of mutual interest and, if necessary for these activities, acquisition of equipment and resources, under the regime established in the specific Agreements or Research Contracts derived from this Operating Procedure. Any others that are considered of mutual interest, within the means of the parties and of the activities that are the object of this Operating Procedure.
Forms of Collaboration. As agreed to by the Parties from time to time, the collaboration between the ILO and ▇▇▇▇▇ will take various forms and will be subject to their respective institutional requirements and available resources. The key forms of collaboration envisaged by the Parties are as follows: 3.1. The establishment of an ILERA Publication Series on subjects on labour relations that are of particular interest to the work of both Parties. The series will be co-published by the ILO and a mutually designated publishing house; 3.2. The establishment of temporary ILERA Study Groups on subjects that are of particular interest to the work of the ILO; 3.3. The organization of annual/specific seminars on subjects that are of particular interest to the work of the ILO; 3.4. The inclusion of subjects that are of particular interest to the work of the ILO on the agendas of all ILERA regional and world congresses; 3.5. The ILERA network will be made available to the ILO for the dissemination of any information of interest. 4.1.1. host the secretariat of the ILERA and provide secretarial services on a need basis, especially in connection with the preparation of ILERA regional and world congresses, the preparation and distribution of newsletters, the collection of membership dues, record-keeping and updating the ILERA website; 4.1.2. contribute financially to the publication of the ILERA Publication Series; 4.1.3. cover the routine costs of the secretariat for IT equipment, telephone, fax, postage and the hosting of the ILERA website. 4.2. The ILO Director-General will designate the department/ unit which will be responsible for hosting the secretariat of the ILERA. The Director of the department/ unit so designated will assume the functions of ILERA Secretary-General. 4.3. The ILO will account separately for ILERA membership dues and other income received, and any disbursements made on behalf of ILERA. Instructions for the disbursement of ILERA funds shall be communicated to the ILO in writing and be authorized by the President and/or Secretary- General in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇’s own administrative arrangements. 4.4. The ILO will provide the ILERA Executive Committee with a summarised report on financial transactions annually. 4.5. Financial management of ILERA funds held by the ILO will be in accordance with the Financial Regulations and Financial Rules of the ILO and will be subject exclusively to its internal and external auditing procedures. 4.6. Forms of Collaboration. 3.1. The Participants plan to cooperate in a manner that will facilitate joint activities and market deployment of fossil energy technologies in an environmentally responsible way. Pursuant to Section 3 of the MOU, these joint activities may include, but need not be limited to: 3.1.1. Consultations by the Participants' senior program officials to permit joint planning of cooperative projects for which the participating organizations agree to share the tasks, the costs, or both. Pursuant to Section 9 of the MOU, any costs arising from any direct collaboration between the Participants will be borne by the Participant that incurs them; 3.1.2. Joint technical evaluation of fossil energy technologies. In recognition of the worldwide role of coal, the Participants will cooperate to facilitate the application of technologies to resolve environmental and other technical issues concerning coal use; 3.1.3. Exchange visits to mutually agreed-upon United States and United Kingdom commercial and clean coal technology research, development, and demonstration program facilities pertaining to the technical areas and issues described in Section 2 above; 3.1.4. Training and internship program support for personnel in the fossil energy technologies cited in Section 2 above to strengthen related human resources and government, university, and industry laboratory infrastructure, and to facilitate joint government and industry activities; 3.1.5. Joint development of programs to facilitate partnerships between fossil energy sectors of the United States and the United Kingdom. 3.2. Other forms of cooperation may be added by written arrangement of the Participants in the form of an exchange of letters between the Lead Coordinators for the MOU.
Forms of Collaboration. (a) Cooperation between the Participants pursuant to this MOU will follow the principle of mutual benefit and reciprocity based on the recognition of the achievements and developments in the field of civil nuclear energy made by the UK and Canada as well as the willingness and interest of relevant UK and Canadian nuclear energy enterprises to participate in the development, construction and operation of civil nuclear energy projects in the UK, Canadian and third country markets. (b) The Participants understand that collaboration may take the following forms, where appropriate and of mutual interest: (i) encouraging UK and Canadian enterprises to develop mutually beneficial commercial partnerships in the uranium and nuclear energy fields; (ii) supporting cooperation in the civil nuclear energy sector in their respective countries by providing information and guidance regarding the laws, policies, regulations and procurement procedures relevant to any specific investment project including but not restricted to licensing and design certification requirements; (iii) exchanging and providing information and data on science and technology activities and developments, practices and results, and on programmes, policies and plans including exchange of proprietary information; (iv) establishing meetings of various forms (e.g. workshops, trade missions, working groups) to discuss and exchange information on social, technical, licensing and regulation, and trade of general or specific subjects in the areas listed above, and to identify additional collaborative actions which may be usefully carried out; (v) developing joint studies, projects or experiments; (vi) exchanges between governmental representatives related to information on energy policy, international trends and other issues of common interest on civilian nuclear energy; (vii) exchanges of safety-related, security-related (including radioactive waste management) information by independent regulatory agencies concerning the regulation of nuclear energy use for peaceful purposes; and (viii) any other specific forms of collaboration as they mutually decide upon in writing.
Forms of Collaboration. The Parties shall identify and agree upon specific contributions of the "(Acronym of Funding Agency)" (and its supported Member Labs) to VirgoLab Projects (Detector Operations and Maintenance, Detector Upgrades, Detector Commissioning) and VirgoLab Technical Teams (e.g., Sensing & Actuation, Optics & Light sources, Controls & Simulations, Mechanics & Vacuum, Infrastructure, Computing & Software). These contributions may include the provision of personnel with necessary skills and competence, equipment, and financial resources. Details of specific contributions, required resources, time schedules, and management of implementing actions will be defined and agreed upon through the relevant VirgoLab governance bodies (Executive Board, Board of PIs) and documented separately in writing. Forms of Collaboration. The forms of collaboration under this Framework Agreement may include, but are not limited to: a) joint research and technology development; b) exchange of technical information and data on scientific and technical activities and methods and results of research and development; c) support for the organization of technological demonstrations; d) conduct of joint trials/experiments; e) participation of staff (including scientists, engineers, and other specialists) in experiments, analysis, design and other research and development activities conducted at research centres, academic institutions, laboratories and other facilities; f) exchange or loan of samples, materials and equipment for experiments, testing and evaluation; g) organization of, and participation in, seminars, scientific conferences and other meetings; h) monetary contributions to the deployment of necessary experimental facilities; and i) training and enhancing the skills of scientists and technical experts.
