Program Responsibilities. 1301 Assume total responsibility for the implementation of the library media program of the school.
Program Responsibilities. OSU-UH agrees to provide:
1. A faculty position for the Resident with the title of Clinical Instructor – Housestaff subject to the Resident/s obligation to meet and maintain eligibility requirements.
2. A training and educational program which meets the applicable ACGME Institutional Requirements and RRC Program Requirements or other accreditation requirements as applicable to the program. OSU-UH shall provide Resident with appropriate supervision for all educational and clinical activities.
3. A certificate from OSU-UH upon successful completion of the training program requirements.
4. OSU-UH shall schedule duty hours for Resident in accordance and compliance with ACGME standards and the requirements of the training and educational program. OSU-UH shall assure that undue stress and fatigue are avoided and that duty hours are not excessive. Specific policies on the limitations and monitoring of duty hours can be found in the institutional duty hour’s policy as well as the duty hour’s policy of each training program.
5. In compliance with ACGME requirements, OSU-UH shall not require Resident to sign a non-competition guarantee as a condition of participation in the program.
Program Responsibilities. The contracted local Workforce Development Area and related Career Center parties will be responsible for the following DISASTER RELIEF DISASTER RELIEF TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT Process Elements.

Program Responsibilities. A. The Program agrees to reimburse the Provider in accordance with the rules and policies governing the WCSF Program.
B. The Program will adjust payment to the Provider for the amount of any disapproved cost or expenditure in connection with this Agreement.
C. The Program shall make a good faith effort to mail all Providers, no less than five (5) days before implementation, all final regulations and bulletins in connection with this Agreement.
D. The Program agrees to pay to pharmacy providers a dispensing fee of $4.00 or the amount set forth by WCSF for approval, reimbursable WCSF claims.
E. Provider reimbursement is determined as the lesser of usual and customary charge or AWP minus 12% plus a dispensing fee or Federal Upper Limits (FUL) plus a dispensing fee. Providers shall be reimbursed based upon the most current listing of Federal Upper Limits established in the Medicaid Program under 42 CFR § 447.332 (relating to Upper Limits for multiple source drugs).
F. The Department shall update the Average Wholesale Costs and the Federal Upper Limits on a regular basis, at least every 30 days.
Program Responsibilities. Responsibilities to implement OnRamps distance college courses will be shared between the District and UT Austin. A District entering into a contractual agreement for the delivery of distance college courses is an active participant in ensuring the effectiveness and quality of the implementation of OnRamps in the District. The funds paid by the District to the Office of Strategy and Policy will cover the student enrollment fee, teacher professional learning fee, and lodging expenses for high school teachers participating in the summer Professional Learning Institute. Payment shall be due and payable, in full, to the University within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of such invoice. All checks should be made payable to The University of Texas at Austin. 4.1. Responsibilities of UT Austin Enrollment Curriculum and Instruction
a. A summer professional learning institute for participating District teachers will be held at UT Austin. Each course offered through the OnRamps Program will have an associated summer professional learning institute. The participating District teacher assigned to the course must complete the summer professional learning institute new teacher track at least once, in its entirety, before teaching an OnRamps course for the first time. If the teacher continues to offer the course in subsequent years, she/he will be required to attend the returning teacher track at the institute. UT Austin will be responsible for the following at the summer institute:
i) Scheduling the necessary facilities to conduct the institute;
ii) Facilitating lodging, parking, and food for the participants;
iii) Conducting the summer institute; and
iv) Crediting participating District teachers with continuing professional education hours (Approximately, 80 hours for new teachers and approximately 50 hours for returning teachers over the course of the full academic year). Academic year professional learning institutes: One-day professional learning institutes for participating, both new and returning District teachers, will be held at UT Austin or designated regional sites for specified courses during the fall and spring semesters. Program Responsibilities. Within two (2) weeks after the deadline for receipt of sabbatical proposals, the Program Chairperson/Co-Chairpersons will present to the ▇▇▇▇ of Academic Affairs a plan for covering the duties of the faculty member who has applied for sabbatical.
