Temporary Nurses Clause Samples
The 'Temporary Nurses' clause defines the terms and conditions under which temporary nursing staff may be engaged by a healthcare facility or organization. It typically outlines the qualifications required, the duration and scope of assignments, and the responsibilities of both the agency providing the nurses and the facility utilizing their services. For example, it may specify that temporary nurses must hold valid licenses and comply with facility policies during their assignments. This clause ensures that the use of temporary nursing staff is clearly regulated, helping to maintain quality of care and clarify expectations for all parties involved.
