Daily and Weekly Hours of Work. The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily hours over the schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. (a) The normal daily tour for full-time employees shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) consecutive hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period exclusive of an unpaid one-half (½) hour meal period. (b) The regular daily tour of duty of a full-time employee shall average five (5) days per week over the schedule-cycle being used by the Hospital.
