Overtime Records. Should a dispute arise concerning the allocation of overtime, the Employer agrees that overtime records shall be maintained at the local level and that access to such records shall be permitted to the Union official in that jurisdiction.

Overtime Records. The Employer agrees that they shall post monthly records of overtime worked by classification series on each Union bulletin board.

All Saturday and Sunday overtime will be posted prior to the employee’s last regular shift scheduled to be worked in the week, with the date and time of posting recorded on the schedule; a copy of the posted schedule will be given to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The onus will be on the employee to promptly advise the Company of any errors or omissions, in advance of the overtime work in question. In the event there are no timely complaints about the schedules, then the schedules will be deemed to be correct. All weekday overtime will be posted in a timely fashion prior to shift end. Overtime hours will be recorded as straight time hours paid. For example, eight (8) hours of overtime worked at time-and-one-half will be recorded as twelve (12) hours; eight (8) hours of overtime worked at double time will be recorded as sixteen (16) hours. The Company will equalize overtime hours as equally as possible. For the purposes of overtime calculations, the Company and the Union agree that all overtime hours will be brought back to zero upon ratification and on January of each year after. Each employee will be allowed to bank up to a total of hours overtime in each year to be taken as time off Employees will be paid the straight time and bank the premium time for overtime shifts worked on Saturday, Sunday, Statutory or Company paid holidays. For example: hours worked on a Saturday will be paid at straight time and hours will go into the bank. hours worked on a Sunday or Holiday will be paid at regular time and hours will go into the bank. If an employee wishes to bank overtime, they must advise their supervisor in writing of their intent to bank the hours, prior to the overtime. This form will be provided by the company. Bank time cannot be taken during the months of July and August. Bank time can be taken in hour blocks only. Notice to bank time must be arranged in advance and agreed upon by the company. If an employee has not scheduled their bank time by November 30th of each calendar year, the money in the bank will be paid out on the first pay in December. Overtime Records. Overtime records shall be made available to designated shop stewards upon reasonable notice.
Overtime Records. Overtime records, both individual records and shift opportunity sheets, will be posted in the department by the end of the shift each Monday in each work group for the previous week.
1. Employees will be charged on the overtime record for all hours worked, offered, scheduled, or hours they would have been offered had they not been absent from work. Employees in the work group with temporary medical limitations will be handled in the same manner, however employees on temporary transfer will not be charged. Additionally, the employee will be charged for all hours when selected for overtime in accordance with Section 10 (G) of this Article.
2. Individuals will not be charged for overtime hours worked to perform inventory or volunteer maintenance work during the vacation shutdown period which is outside of their job code, work group, shift and building.
3. Employees will be charged for overtime spent voluntarily participating on teams or committees with a special code or notation on the overtime records. Overtime records will be adjusted on the Monday closest following November 1 of each year by reducing hours of the employee with the lowest total to zero (0) and subtracting the employee’s total hours from the total of every other employee in the job classification (job code) and work group on the same shift.
