WORKDAY AND WORK YEAR Sample Clauses
The "Workday and Work Year" clause defines the standard hours and days that constitute an employee's regular work schedule, as well as the total number of workdays or workweeks in a contractual year. It typically outlines the expected start and end times for each workday, the number of days worked per week, and any exceptions such as holidays or breaks. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of work expectations and scheduling, helping to prevent disputes over hours worked and providing a framework for calculating leave, overtime, and compensation.
