GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 12 Sample Clauses
The Grievance Procedure 12 clause establishes a formal process for employees or parties to raise and resolve complaints or disputes within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the steps that must be followed, such as submitting a written complaint, engaging in meetings with management or designated representatives, and possibly escalating the issue to higher authorities if not resolved at earlier stages. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and fair mechanism for addressing workplace concerns, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the likelihood of unresolved conflicts escalating further.
